  • We had arranged for a different service to help us thru moving help.com, however they did not show up and their phone had been disconnected. I called UHaul for help, since the website is linked to their page, and a young man arranged another company, who also had a phone not in service. I called back AGAIN and Vincent set me up with Lowe’s. This was a hey-folks-didn’t-show-and-I-need-help call. Within 45 minutes, Jay and Charles arrived, followed shortly by Marlon. They were professional, polite, fun to work with and FAST! I HIGHLY recommend this company to help with all your moving needs.

  • The Lowes Moving team that helped us today were professional, friendly and courteous. They arrived about 15 minutes after the scheduled time but gave us notice. We hadn't worked with movers before, and so we were apprehensive, but within minutes everyone was acquainted and we were very comfortable with the whole transaction. This team made short work of moving the boxes we had taken a month to pack! They finished well within the allotted time frame. We are very happy with this team and the entire experience. Thanks!

  • We ended up having to pay for an additional hour of loading time after the showed up late, and several items were broken in the move. Boxes clearly marked do not stack things on, fragile...were at the bottom of stacks, smashed. All if my glassware were crushed. My crockpot was dented in, the crockery cracked, the lid smashed. Several paintings were damaged, but the worst was the furniture items scratched and lamp was crushed. Table tops scratched and gauged up. I understand some things will inevitably be damaged sometimes. But I was really upset at the lack of compassion shown for antique furniture items we took extra care to wrap well..that got turned upside down or smashed between other things, and holes poked in leather chairs, etc.

  • The guys were great, seemed to both know what they were doing and have a great attitude the whole time. Got a late start due to a confusing apartment complex and still were done plenty early. I was never worried about the walls, floors, or my stuff, and the guys took the time to fold the moving blankets after they were done. Will use Lowe's moving again.

  • I am highly motivated to support others when a company promotes other businesses to supply a need that they're not able to service. That type of collaboration rates very high with me. I appreciate what Uhaul did. Connecting me with Lowes llc., proves there are still great providers in this world. In short, short notice, the original movers I had scheduled canceled the morning of my elderly mom's move. To make matters worse, the moving company did not even offer additional resources to help resolve the problem. We all know that moving is stressful to begin with, but to have the main support along with the truck not show up is a catastrophe! Lowes llc is a company of answered prayers. I'm so thankful for Leigh for coordinating a great interaction with Chris and Jay(orange race car). That pairing allowed me to get a truck loaded, shipped across town, and unloaded to the 3rd floor in three hours! I refer businesses all over Omaha. These fine folks are at the top of my list.

  • Good communication but not able to complete the job in time frame that had been adequate for 2 other companies on my 2 prior moves and at twice the cost even when I had less furniture and boxes than those prior moves after downsizing. The movers sized it up and decided it wasn't going to happen as soon as they arrived. They were complaining away from me, about just that, when my daughter happened to come home and overheard them and they didn't know she was with me. They moves slowly, stopped and talked a lot, and later when we reluctantly agreed to pay for an extra hour, advised me the truck was too full. When I was shocked and commented about the size of the truck they admitted they purposely didn't pack it in a way that would fit everything because of the time. They just wanted more money from the get go and though they were polite to my face ultimately failed to do the job.

Once introductions were made, the team went right to maximizing time and unloaded a full 26 foot truck into two storage units.
