Koran & Eric showed up on time with dollies and got straight to work unloading our u-haul. They placed items where we needed them, even moving a few things around to put the new items in a better placement. They were professional, friendly, and careful with our belongings, some of which are antiques and irreplaceable. I definitely recommend Smart Choice Moving!! Five stars, all the way!

Koran and his associate (who I feel terrible for not remembering by name) were both outstanding and made my move incredibly easy and stress-free. Even when I was panicking and unsure about the amount of space I had available, they stayed organized, worked efficiently, and made sure all of my belongings were safe and secure. They kept me informed every step of the way, and their professionalism and positive attitudes made a stressful day so much easier. I had never hired movers before, but after this experience, I’ll never move without them again. Hands down, this was the best moving experience I could have imagined. My apartment wasn’t an easy move either—it was on the rooftop level, involved multiple flights of stairs, and we had to share one elevator with two other moving crews at the same time. On top of that, they even helped reinforce my bed to make it more secure. Thank you both so much! I truly appreciate all of your hard work and couldn’t recommend you more highly.

They texted to let me know they were stuck at another job and woul be 30 minutes late. Then they texted again that they were going to be a little later. It was annoying, but not their fault. We had a wonderful experience with Smart Choice movers!! They certainly live up to their name! We were delayed getting to Cincinnati with our U-Haul and they graciously accommodated our new arrival time. They showed up ready to work with great attitudes and were very helpful to us!! They had to navigate a very old apartment building taking all our belongings up to the fourth floor with no elevator and they did it with smiles on their faces!! Their calm demeanor was very much appreciated. We will definitely use them again! Shout out to our crew..Karan (very communicative to us before and during the move) , Keith (moved furniture around for my daughter when she decided she wanted some things changed), Isaiah (also very helpful and calm and willing to do whatever we needed ) and there was one other person who I feel really bad that I can’t remember his name but he was also very helpful!! Timely 3 helpers for 26 truck. I praised them for their demonstrated hard work. These soldier-like men loaded manually with the exception of appliances. Good resolution to a washer appliance disconnect issue to get it loaded. Good strategy on wrapping using blankets as economical. Cautions—I was given an assessment that everything could fit on truck. First time ever noticeable, noticeable (not a typo) empty space in top of truck with items left in house even when I purchased additional hour. Furniture wrapped with plastic and thin blankets. Only one handle knocked off but this could have been prevented with more consistent wrapping with blankets or pads. Loading procedures and use of time might have unintended consequences for completing in timely manner. Also, an issue with distraction with other outside task. Tip is being used to rent another truck. I would consider using again and recommending to others.

This company made our moving experience so much better! The initial call to establish a time and evaluate our needs was very reassuring because we were informed that they had their own dollies and equipment. I've hired 3 other movers through Uhaul and no one ever brought anything. You could definitely tell the difference, that Smart Choice was just more professional. They packed our stuff safely and carefully. We needed 3 movers for 3 hours and they were all very nice, respectful and personable, as well as efficient. They helped by taking away stress during a stressful time. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Absolutely amazing movers, they saved the day. I had so many issues with this move (not related to the movers) and they not only went above and beyond in helping us, but they were willing to stay longer and also give advice on how to make the whole experience easier. I was moving states, otherwise I would have loved to keep them as the unloaders too! I'm so sad we can't use them all the time!!! Professional, friendly, incredibly skilled in loading the truck perfectly, overall a great experience!!!! I know one of them was named Eric and I'm so sorry I've forgotten the other gentleman's name, but they were fantastic.

When they came, they were extremely professional, and moved everything I had in only an hour. They even helped me take out a few things to the dumpster after they finished packing my truck. He was able to squeeze me in on his Friday schedule of the last weekend of the month. The actual packing was great. These guys are definitely pros. The packing was superb and done FAST. I paid for the required minimum of two hours and they were done in 45 minutes. Good job, guys. It was actually impressive to watch. The problem was that they were two hours late. Apparently their earlier job was much bigger than they thought. They moved our start time -twice-, so we didn't get started until well after 8 pm, and we were moving things stored in someone else's house. Really frustrating, but they were very apologetic, and very professional in their communication and demeanor.

We had a difficult move for my aging mother. She was downsizing and did not downsize nearly enough. It was the second floor apt, the dolly was next to useless. It was hot as could be and we were their third move that day. They were champs and it never felt like a challenge to them. They were a hard working three man crew, and all of the crew members worked hard and did a professional job. We agreed to extend the job by and hour where it looked like the essentials of the job would be completed. If that's the way that things had gone down I would've felt pretty satisfied with the experience. We reached the end of four hours and and then rather then finishing the final part of unloading the truck the crew leader hit me up for a cash payment based on an additional 15 min increment. This was after I'd already sunk over $600 into a local moving job. It seemed inapropriate and unprofessional. There is such a thing as pride of service. I also felt compromised because I wasn't in a position to say no when the job hadn't yet been completed. Uhaul needs to do a better job of defining the rules of the road.

Absolutely incredible. Koran and Eric took what seemed impossible and made it possible, all with professionalism and ease. Completed a load-in of a 1 bedroom apartment into a 10” UHAUL truck from a third story apartment complex and made it look simple. HIGHLY recommend!
