  • Erron and his colleagues were efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. They loaded the truck very meticulously, which I appreciated as it made the drive easier. I wish though that they were more cautious when moving items, and more considerate of neighbors, given that I just moved to a new place and didn’t want too much noise to be my first impression.

  • Erron and Marcus were extremely professional, patient, and have high integrity and work ethic. I had a very chaotic experience with my U-boxes not being delivered, having to get a last minute Uhaul, and loading and unloading my boxes from the Uhaul storage to a Uhaul and cars, and Erron patiently waited at the Uhaul site for my boxes, informed me of the issues with the broken fork lift and asked the Uhaul workers where I could find a free Uhaul, and loaded and unloaded my things multiple times. My friends and I have done many moves and all testify to Erron's efficient packing, kindness, and thoughtfulness. He would not upcharge me for any of the delays or the time wasted on dealing with all of my last minute Uhaul issues and helped me problem-solve what else I could do. Erron and Marcus were like guardian angels coaching me through the move and acting fast, but always communicating each step of the way issues that happened. He has high integrity & excellence at such a low cost.

  • Took a while to get started because he was OTP tryna figure out where the other guy was but I'm on a time limit once they arrive.. I would've gotten out later if I didn't start moving things out myself. Also wrapped up my goldfish in my blanket & didn't even ask to move them ?? So when I rolled open my bed topper, goldfish went flying everywhere. They also let the pillows touch the floor??? Which I thought seemed kinda common sense to not purposely let them touch the floor...

  • Only issue is that the way the mattress was placed in truck was supposed to be a wall to hold boxes in place. Which I recommended to use one of the straps I had to hold the mattress in place from the left to the right in truck That was not done and when I went to unpack the truck the boxes had pushed against the mattress and allowed it to bend at the top due to the boxes pushing on it after they had shifted causing a pole lamp to be damaged and had a cracked top. Since they did the move in 1 hour vs 2 that I had paid for I ask if they could use the rest of the money to be their tip when they agreed to. But other then that, they did a great quick packing job. Other then that great move

  • Honest, Talented Professionals, Above and Beyond, Quick, and Kind! I will definitely use their services again, their value is well worth the cost, and they should charge more! Grateful for the help as I'm new to the city and a single mom. Literally couldn't have done it without them. They took my bed apart and put it back together. Talk about prepared for anything. Have you booked them yet?? All of my valuables arrived safely and in the same condition they exited my apartment. They followed directions very well. It was my first time using this service through Uhaul and it did not disappoint. This is how I'll handle every move from now on.

  • Met with Erron and his associate Feb 3rd 2024. They arrived at the location with an additional UHaul which I initially thought was odd as the UHaul I rented had more than enough space for the move. I ignored that thought, thinking maybe they had a move after. Long story short, they ended up loading several of my items on their UHaul and now, after unpacking, I'm noticing that I'm missing several things. Brand new Christmas presents for my children, a new welcome mat, photography equipment for my business etc... I asked Erron if he remembered seeing any items on their UHaul, he said no. He parked his UHaul a couple houses down from the final destination, my family and I only remember him walking a couch over. I'm in the process of obtaining the security footage from the UHaul storage facility which is where most of the loading took place. I'm also in the process of obtaining security footage from the business that was close to their parking location for the unload.

  • They were definitely quick and communicative during the whole process. The only issues we had were how the truck was packed (no space was left for the last minute stuff we had to load), and one of the movers was a little unprofessional and didn't take the level of care we would have expected with our items. However, I would use them again.

  • I booked a load only. The second guy was half an hour late and arrived with no apology. The guys were very nice and professional but unfortunately they did not know how to properly pack a truck. My dad had to rearrange everything they did because of the way they packed the truck all my things did not fit. My dad was able to re-pack it the correct and most efficient way and get everything to fit plus some extra space. Overall I feel like I wasted my money however I did pay for what I got. There is a reason this company is on the least expensive end.

They used their time effectively and even finished a little early. Communication was clear and professional. Both movers were kind and sociable. A few, small or easily fixable damages would be my only ‘complaint’ but mostly to be expected with moving. Immensely appreciative of their work and would recommend or use them again.
