More expensive per hour but worth the cost (compared to two other Moving Help crews that we had very poor experiences with recently).. Heroic Movers provided their services with understanding and readsurance of our needs. Good communication via text and phone complicated move. They are quick, respectful of property and things. They bring everything needed for a safe move - strong dollies, hand tools, plastic wrap, bands, and if you re lucky, a clean pickup truck of their own to help with your loads. They will stay with you as long as you need them if they have the availability from the get-go. We had to use them a second day because we couldn’t get into our storage unit after hours. And they picked up a trailer for us because we had to turn in our rental UHaul truck. This team made our moving experience much easier and less stressful.

I can't say enough good things about John and his company! Everyone was very professional and helpful. John was accommodating as my moving needs changed after making the initial appointment. Keeping open communication was key. I let his team know I was moving a long distance and they packed my truck perfectly. Nothing moved despite going over some extremely rough roads on the way to my new location. I highly recommend this company for any moving assistance you may need.

Outstanding service. They came prepared with packing materials like shrink wrap, tape, and rachet straps. They used their dollys. They did extra and wrapped my stuff more than I had. John was very easy to communicate with, super polite, and very positive.

The guys went well and beyond what I expected. They checked in frequently to ensure our needs were met and expectations clear. They wrapped and protected all furniture pieces beyond what I would have ever done myself, treating our property beyond what I would have valued it at. They were super professional and extremely courteous during our entire interaction. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

John's and Jose's work for us today was beyond awesome! When I did the online order for mover assistance, John called within 1 minute. We covered the scope of work needed, as well as to what the state of the furniture was going to be in. Though coming from some distance away, John and Jose arrived right on time. They were very cordial and knowledgeable. After a quick orientation to our cargo trailer and condo that was going to be emptied, they jumped right to work. Their work was very efficient! Though us being a second story condo, they moved the furniture and boxes with speed. In addition to carrying our moving furnishings, they also added stretch wrap to any of our items that needed it. They also loaded the items in our cargo trailer in a way that would be expected of the professional moving team they are. Though I reserved them for 4 hours, they were completed in 2 hours. They made our move awesome; and I would really enjoy working with them again.

Heroic Movers exceeded every expectation. After my original movers canceled last minute, I booked Heroic at 10pm the night before my move. By 5am, I had a confirmation, and by 9am, John and his team were ready to go. I had forgotten to reserve a U-Haul, but John immediately stepped in to help. He guided me through securing a truck, drove it himself, and expertly packed and moved everything with his teammate. What could have been a disaster turned into a smooth, efficient, and stress-free move thanks to their professionalism, speed, and kindness. John was calm, capable, and clearly experienced. He made me feel completely taken care of during a chaotic time. The communication was excellent, the service was outstanding, and I truly cannot recommend Heroic Movers enough. When I move again, I will absolutely call them. Huge thanks to John and the team for turning my stressful day into a total success.

Truly the most professional and reasonable movers I’ve ever worked with. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They loaded our U-box units from top to bottom and saved us a ton of money by helping us fit into 3 instead of 4 boxes. I know this sounds like a fake review and it’s hard to know what to think of reviews on this platform, but just give these guys a chance and you’ll see for yourself. They’re real people who run a real business and know what they’re doing.

John and Matthew were awesome!! Both me and my husband were so pleased with how professional and friendly they both were. While we had several issues with U-Haul in general with getting the boxes delivered due to U-Haul not having any drivers on the day we needed, Heroic Movers came through and were able to go and get my two U-Haul Boxes. They arrived fully prepared and ready to work. They not only delivered the boxes, but loaded the two boxes according to my specifications and were able to fit everything in the boxes like a puzzle. We were amazed as to how quickly they worked and how they worked as a team. We were very grateful to have hired Heroic Movers. If you are ever in need of hiring movers, I would highly recommend hiring Heroic Movers!!!

Heroic Movers, led by John and his incredible team, completely exceeded my expectations! From my first call with John, I knew I was in capable hands. His calm professionalism immediately eased my nerves. This was a Huge relief as a single momma tackling a 400-mile, 7-stop move over two days. The entire process was full of unexpected challenges, but John and Matthew adapted effortlessly every time. Their flexibility and attention to detail were remarkable. They carefully organized boxes across two homes & Three storage units, carried heavy furniture up stairs like a feather. They worked tirelessly, well into after-hours, ensuring every step of the move was handled with care.John went above and beyond, even driving his personal vehicle alongside the moving truck to make sure everything went smoothly. Their dedication thoughtfulness, well timed humor & kindness turned the stressful move into a fun positive experience.Heroic Movers truly lives up to their name I can’t recommend them enough!

The two gentlemen who did my five bedroom move were amazingly Strong professional and efficient. They moved our washer and dryer, huge tufted bedframe, Couches, storage bins all up stairs. Additionally, they moved our refrigerator and more couches into our downstairs and move things around in our garage all in two hours. I had things pre organized Which I think helped, but ultimately, they were really good at what they did. Highly recommend. P.s Their business name suits them .

I recently used Heroic movers for my out-of-state move, and overall, I was very pleased with their service. While the team did arrive a bit late, that was the only hiccup in an otherwise seamless experience. Once they got started, the crew worked efficiently and carefully, treating all of my belongings with great care. They were professional, friendly, and ensured everything was packed securely and arrived in perfect condition. Despite the slight delay, their hard work and attention to detail more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend Heroic movers to anyone looking for reliable movers!

Excellent experience with Heroic Movers from the our initial booking. This is our first hired-out move and we're moving out of state, so we were a little nervous. We also live in a rural area with a difficult driveway for a truck. No matter, because Heroic were very communicative, polite and worked incredibly hard to load all of our belongings, more than we initially thought could fit in our two U-Boxes. Matthew and Rylan were professional and courteous and took a lot of care with our furniture and boxes. I would highly recommend Heroic Movers and really appreciate their support in making the move a little less stressful! Thank you!

We hired 2 movers for 2 hrs. from Heroic Movers. Shortly after booking the service, John called to confirm moving plans. On the day of the move, Jace called stating they were on their way to the site. Communications and planning with the company was outstanding! Movers Jace and Matthew arrived early. They were both very professional, courteous and very efficient in getting the job completed. The move experience was difficult due to an uncomfortable roommate issue but, Jace & Matthew handled the situation calmly and professionally. They packed items with care, and very proficient in packing the UHaul van. Thank You Jace and Matthew for excellent service! If we ever need to use a moving service again in Los Angeles, we will use Heroic Movers! Highly recommend Heroic Movers! Two thumbs up!

Heroic Movers lived up to their name. Their communication was fantastic and they were obviously careful and experienced movers. Our move involved a tricky refrigerator that had to have the doors removed to make it out of our old place and a bed that needed taking apart and reassembling.
