  • Timely, communicative, helpful, excellent! My movers went above and beyond. Any request or concern I had (very few concerns) were immediately addressed. They were personable and professional and treated my items with the utmost respect. I was their fourth move of the day and on the third floor with only stairs. Neither of the pair even generally alluded to frustration, tiredness, or irritation. They got done in an hour what would have taken me DAYS. I requested service at 450pm, the movers were at my truck by 555pm, and completely finished by 705pm. Couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received!!

  • RECOMMENDATION!!! Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Steve, Jonathan, and Joey at Cap City Movers. From the beginning Steve was extremely helpful as he walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Due to the nature of the move (family antique furniture and not having a ton of money to spend), I had extra concerns. I never once felt as if I was being rushed off the phone or as if my questions were a burden to him. The day of the move Jonathan and Joey showed up. They weren't just quick and efficient; they were respectful of our things. When I asked questions of them, they too did not make me feel as if I was treading on them. To me, this is important. Yes, they were there to get a job done, but they respected our things and were kind as well. I have already handed out a few of their business cards and cannot recommend them enough. You guys are awesome! Thank you for everything you did. I wish y'all the best!

  • Honestly, I think I tipped them more then I think I should of. The text I got said they would arrive at 930 they showed up at 9. It took 40 minutes to bring down a couch, they said they couldn’t get it thru the doorway, I literally pulled it thru myself. They were much better move me into my new place then moving me out of my old one. I basically moved most. They tried to charge me more for going over 13 minutes after I told them to stop bringing stuff up. They were kinda rude at the end and didn’t even respond well to my tip. I applaud them for helping me move my couch tho because the elavator was broken and we had to use the stairs they def were not happy tho. Felt like unless I was pushing them along they were taking their time and trying to run out the clock. Next time think I’ll try a different company tbh

We didn’t realize we had as much stuff as we did and they were flexible and even allowed me to pay for a time extension at the last minute so I could go rent another trailer and they loaded that too. They arrived EARLY and waited patiently for us. As we were still packing last minute boxes the guys just continued to tussle and load what was ready for them. I just wish I could have brought them to Tennessee with us to help unload. Hire these guys! They are AWESOME!

  • The workers were pleasant but didn't take the care with my items that other U-Haul Moving Help contractors have in the past. They were in too much of a hurry to do things right - like waiting for the 2nd worker before moving bulky or heavy items in tight spaces. They scratched the LVP flooring in my brand new home - very disappointing.
