When I called, I was even more impressed by the enthusiasm and great attitude displayed by Paul when he answered. That is what convinced me I had made the right decision. The team members arrived on time and immediately went to work, wasting no time loading, and later unloading, the truck...up and down stairs at both ends. THANKS guys, you did GREAT!   • Paul & Tyler were amazing! I booked same day help at the last minute and can't be more pleased. From the initial contact through the end of the move, they were top notch. Clear communication, gracious about the short notice, and just so kind throughout all our interactions. I used them for an unload to an upstairs apartment. They were so quick and so very careful with everything. Not even a scuff mark left on anything. They were so patient with my being particular about where I wanted things placed and kept checking to make sure all items were just right. They were super quick to unload the trailer and to get everything upstairs. Then they even unloaded my car for me. I have a knee injury and this saved me so much time and pain. I can't say enough about how great they are and I highly recommend them. Paul and Tyler are the best!!

  • Safe4Motion was incredible from start to finish! Paul was very informative when he contacted me to confirm the job and the crew details. Giovanni, Cory, and Montrell arrived on time and even slightly earlier and made quick work. I was originally worried as we lived on the 3rd floor up 4 flights of stairs, but they were very efficient in handling the workload. I appreciate how kind and professional they were, they treated our stuff very carefully. I was super impressed as they had finished 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and should I need moving help in the future, I know who to call now!

  • Our move was long and grueling. The two movers really persevered and did so well. They were careful and skillful in packing the truck efficiently. I didn’t give a full 5 stars since they had a mover no show and it took an hour for their company to get a replacement mover there. But that was handled professionally without making a big deal out of it. It also would have helped if they could have helped me realize that we would need two trips earlier so that we could have planned better.

They were efficient, fast, and very careful with all our belongings and furniture. And we have a few heavier pieces, not only did they handle it like champs, but they did it with a smile and great attitudes. They were very considerate of where we wanted our belongings and didn't rush us at all. Thank you, Paul and Nakai! They were also very affordable. No hidden or unexpected fees at the end, which is something I've experienced with other moving companies I've used. They were upfront about the costs at the beginning and it was exactly what I was charged. I wish I had known about them sooner!! I will definitely be using this company in the future.

  • Paul and Stephane were amazing! From someone who has never used movers before, they absolutely exceeded my expectations. They were extremely personable and professional - and fast! Even with my wacky packing job and unconventional wooden couch, I could tell my items were in good hands. They had a great sense of humor and really made a potentially stressful part of moving feel fun and easy, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend.

  • Paul and Sebastian are the dream team! They went above and beyond to make this the best part of my cross-country moving experience, and I could not recommend them enough. They were genuinely gentle with my stuff and put a lot of care into making sure nothing was damaged and everything was correct! Their communication and service was excellent and my only issue was solved on the spot by Paul, who really helped me get my reservation on time and fast. Overall, couldn’t have been happier with the amount of care they put into helping me move and I’ll be recommending them to anyone who needs movers in the future!

  • Would not recommend this moving company in the future. No communication prior to my texting the evening before my move. Help arrived more than an hour after the agreed-upon time. While the movers did work hard, I specifically made sure to allot enough time for unpacking. Instead of utilizing that time, boxes were thrown, boxes with arrows indicating specific orientation were delivered upside down, and boxes were dropped with a bang to the ground. Perhaps most puzzling, the mattress covers we specifically purchased for our mattresses at a UHaul store were removed at the level of our truck, and then our mattresses were were dragged upstairs and along the floor of the apartment. Initially boxes were deposited just inside the apartment, however, with prompting they were brought to their designated room. Each box was clearly labeled with destination, but we had to clarify the end location each time. My desk also has a giant scratch and was banged into two doors.

  • Did not use the pads to protect furniture, I know my head board was scratched up badly as the pushed on ground. Inefficient packing had so not everything that fit when packed by others. Very rude getting texts at seven and one thirty am.
