They even stepped in and helped us when they saw us struggling to move and open things on our own without being asked. We would HIGHLY recommend these guys. Thanks a ton!

  • I would have given 5 stars because the 2 older guys did a really good job; one even swept out the truck after everything was off. However, the young guy was very careless. They had 3 guys to do less than 2 hours' work and he refused to carry stuff in a way that would not damage my property. He kept banging things into the walls and left handprints on the ceiling up the stairs. Also, when one of them dropped a box hard enough for stuff in it to rattle, they all had a good laugh about it without concern for whether anything might have been damaged.

They arrived exactly at their scheduled time, which immediately impressed us. They were friendly, professional, and extremely careful with every piece of furniture. They were so efficient and never made us feel like they were rushing or being careless. They finished about 15 minutes early and asked if there was anything else they could help us with while we still had time- although we didn’t need anything else moved we were very appreciative of their offer. We were extremely happy with the service and would absolutely use American Moving Solutions again. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable moving help!

  • Unbelievably awful. Crazy slow and didn’t know how to utilize the U-Haul truck space. One of the workers I don’t think did anything unless I was looking at him. Couldn’t communicate well at all because neither spoke a word of English. I bought mattress covers and couch covers and told them to use them, they didn’t. They got dirty in the truck. Multiple things dented. Destroyed my bed frame and proceeded to work on that forever rather than move to the new house and help unload after I said we should go so they could help there. I was told through a phone app that they would still come after even if I went over on time because this was their fault. They proceeded to not follow to the next house but just leave me with no help to unload the truck. Their customer service rep on the phone said I would need proof of this or he couldn’t send any help. He also said I didn’t book load and unload when the booking and Apple wallet ticket clearly say so. Liars and cheats. Do not book

  • I rarely leave reviews, but this team absolutely earned one. They arrived with a great attitude, worked hard, handled everything professionally, and treated our belongings with care. What impressed me most was their willingness to help beyond the actual move. I was given a much larger truck than I had reserved and was honestly stressed about driving it and refueling it. When I mentioned it, they didn't just brush it off they took the time to help me, drove with me to the gas station, and showed me exactly how to handle the truck. That level of customer service is something you don't see every day. By the end of the move, what started as a stressful day turned into a great experience thanks to their professionalism, patience, and kindness. If you're looking for movers who genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond, stop searching and hire this team. Highly recommended.

The two guys were extremely positive and were very helpful, often times offering to take things for me the extra distance if they saw me carrying something. I was not sure if I had organized enough to get all my stuff out within the 3 hours, but they made it look easy. Cool, calm and steady. • Booked this company within two days if needing them and booking was extremely fast and easy. Movers were very prompt, they arrived on time and got my storage unit cleared out fast. The only thing I would mention is that it was very clear that the two movers were not professional movers, they weren’t clear on how to stack the U-Haul effectively and one of them very clearly had never done this before. They did a good job other than that but I was glad I’d gotten a slightly larger U-Haul than I needed because their packing skills left something to be desired. Either way, I was happy with our service and how fast they were.

  • This company's team, William Cordoba & Minnow, did a tremendous job moving a very heavy commercial freezer out of location #1, onto and out of a 15' truck and into location #2, then moved a heavy 100 inch TV out of location #2 and onto the truck. From our initial connect, they were quick to get back to me and extremely professional. The team lead kept in communication with me throughout the process, which was very assuring, and when I couldn't locate the payment code from U-Haul they happily went back up to U-Haul with my husband to sort everything out. They were very helpful and patient And able to assist me even though it took us well into the evening. The team Was prompt, polite, and hard-working, even at the end of a very long day. It took good care of my items and I would definitely use them again

  • DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. 2 guys showed up that spoke ZERO English. 3rd guy showed up that knew just enough English to screw up my instructions. 1 guy spent the first 10 minutes in my bathroom. They treated my belongings like trash. Damaging furniture and walls. They literally THREW my belongings into the storage unit. I had to rent a second unit because of their horrible unloading. The same guy that destroyed my bathroom took a nap on my couch as I waited for a key one of my trucks to get back. Another guy watched videos the whole time. The truck was 10’ from my driveway. They wouldn’t start working until I showed them the payment code. After the paid time was done they started hitting me up to pay them under the table for me work. 1 guy kept trying to get me to hire his wife for clean up. I’m going to have to spend another $1500 on storage and another company to come in and clean up their horrible work. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!

  • The same two gentlemen that helped me load my 20 foot Uhaul rental truck met me at my storage facility about 35 miles away. Once again they were very punctual. They did a good job and even helped me organize my storage space to make it efficient. So grateful! It only took a little more than an hour to complete the job and the job was $50 more to unload for some reason so I didn't give them an additional tip. All in all, a very good experience and the two men definitely knew what they were doing.

  • The two gentlemen who helped me load my stuff up into my 20' Uhaul rental truck were punctual and very efficient. They came with straps secured by their bodies that helped with the heavier stuff. They also brought their own handtruck which saved me $7 because I didn't have to use the one provided by Uhaul in the truck. Fortunately, I have some Spanish from high school (though long ago) because the gentlemen didn't speak much English at all. I gave them each $25 cash for their work, and they didn't want to accept it I told them that it would only buy them a coffee and a hamburger at today's prices. They laughed and we got the job completed about 15 minutes before the two hours.

  • Great service. I needed same day help. I ordered services from American Moving Solutions around 7am for help I needed at noon sharp because I had to return a rental truck by 230pm. They responded to the service request immediately, and the workers showed up 30 minutes early. There was a little bit of a language gap at first, so we used the translate features on our phones and it became just like a regular conversation with no issues. The workers were very nice, happy to be there, had great attitudes, and worked fast. What I had calculated to be a two hour job they did in one hour, so I had them help me put some beds together and still finished well under two hours. I would definitely use them again.

  • If I could give American Moving Solutions LLC a MILLION stars, I would. From the first phone call to the final box unloaded, this team delivered a masterclass in professionalism, efficiency, and white-glove service. I’ve worked with movers before but nothing, and I mean nothing, compares to the level of care and precision I experienced with American Moving Solutions. The crew was punctual down to the second, armed with smiles, positive attitudes, and the kind of hustle that makes Olympic athletes look lazy. They treated my belongings like museum artifacts not a single scratch, dent, or speck of dust. I watched in awe as they maneuvered heavy furniture like ballet dancers with power tools. And the customer service? Unmatched. The communication was crystal clear, updates were timely, and they handled every question I had with grace, patience, and unmatched expertise. I genuinely felt like a VIP client every step of the way. Moving is notoriously stressful but American Moving Solution
