  • Agent set an arrival time of 3pm. A replacement crew arrived at 6.40pm and rapidly filled the truck in less than an hour with lots of furniture damage as a result. The whole servicing was highly unprofessional and chaotic.

  • Worst experience ever with regard to loading a truck to move household. My refrigerator got dented and scratched, my dining table has big gouges on the top. Console table has a broken door, and the bottom board has a permanent bend in it. Company sent a young teenager as a helper. Workers were nice guys but not organized. The worst of this experience was the guy from the company calling me on the phone during the move. All he was interested in was more money for more time. I would not recommend this company period.

  • I can’t say enough good things about Sammy and Wesley from A Grade Movers. These two gentlemen were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, courteous, hardworking, careful with our belongings, and just great guys to work with. I’ll be honest, my initial phone experience with the company wasn’t the best. The gentleman I spoke with was a bit grumpy, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But Sammy and Wesley completely changed my impression of A Grade Movers. They worked efficiently, handled our furniture and belongings with great care, and made what can be a very stressful experience much easier. They were respectful, friendly, and clearly took pride in doing a good job. A Grade Movers should be proud to have Sammy and Wesley representing their company. If you’re considering using A Grade Movers, I highly recommend them. And if you can request your movers, ask for Sammy and Wesley. You won’t be disappointed!   • The movers were great, however it was only communicated to them that the move is a load and not an unload. One mover cancelled so I thought I would be left with one person to move big items like couches, tables, etc. Eventually a replacement mover was found, however another mover said he only can stay for the load but will leave for the unload. Multiple times I thought I would be left having to move items myself after paying for two movers. The movers themselves were great, and I paid for three hours but they knocked it out in a little under two hours. I don't know if I would do this company again just because of the bad communication from the reservation to the movers themselves.

  • Your movers caused $250 in damages to door frames and walls. We have photos of the damage. They also broke a storage rack. There was a lot of wasted space on the truck. My son and I had to take off and rearrange the truck after the movers left. Poor and very inefficient, one guy was hiding on the side of the uhaul for the majority of the time.

  • They were 30 minutes late, They put my furniture on the grass and was left out on grass when delivered first load. When we arrived at new place the movers said they dont place things where I wanted them placed, they just dumped my box spring and mattress in the middle of room then last layed my bed frame against wall. Im 65 years old and if I was able to move my stuff I sure as he'll would not hired anyone. I then needed to pay more out to help me

  • I would not recommend using this company. The experience was very unprofessional from start to finish. They gave me a contact number for the crew, but the person I was told to contact didn’t even seem to know where his own movers were. I was given one arrival time, then it was changed to a later time, and they still showed up over an hour after that. When they finally arrived, it seemed like the company had hired people with little to no moving experience. They came without the proper equipment, showed no concern for safety, and handled my belongings carelessly. There was no professionalism in the way they lifted, loaded, or stored my personal items. The service was so disappointing that we decided not to continue and ended up finishing the move ourselves. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest rating available. I strongly recommend choosing another moving company if you want a reliable, professional, and stress-free experience.

  • The movers who were sent out had a hard time getting stuff in the house without hitting every wall. Entry stucco damaged, walls scratched, molding chipped and scratched. The owner text me saying he would have a handyman fix the damage but once they got the payment code he basically said good luck and you’re on your own.

  • There was one guy there who kept telling me to give him my stuff because I owed him a gift. He told me that we have to tip him. The boss said we have to tip him. He did not want to Let my husband leave and tell he got his tip and payment for the day when we paid through U-Haul and we were not supposed to give him the code until they were finished with the job. They wanted us to drive the truck back to Marietta and pay them immediately instead of them who rented the U-Haul truck to move it back. They were horrible. The owner kept telling us to pay him. Before the job was done, please do not use these people. They are horrible. It was a horrible experience through the whole thing I do not like being threatened for a tip.

  • I made reservations on 10-30-2025, This company NEVER reached out to me. I had to reach out to them to confirm my 2 days before my move. The day of my move I had to reach out them twice before I got a text message, stating, Hello will contact you shortly with eta. An hour later a text asking if movers had arrived. Another hour later the movers are delayed 39 minutes later a call indicating they’ll be there within the hour. 28 minutes. And later I received a text asking if I was opened to movers arriving the next day. I declined and then received a text he had one mover and looking for another. 45 minutes later one mover arrived and 15 afterwards the second mover arrived. I WOULD NOT recommend using this company at all.

  • I tried contacting the provider direct three times to schedule the time of my move. I didn’t get anyone on the phone until late afternoon the day before our move. At first they’d didn’t see my reservation and said I could Zelle them direct and maybe they could find someone to help me (even though I already had paid through MoveHelp and had a confirmation number). He then said to call MoveHelp but they were closed at 4pm. I finally figured out the issue myself. The movers were great (Frank & Fernando) knowledgeable and helpful. But communication with Grade A was awful. I would not use them again for that reason.

  • I order 3 hours for 2 people but only one person came before the time and start the work by himself. The 2nd worker came like 20 mins later and after working 1 hour, he said he is done for the day and need to leave. The 1st worker said he can still help so we continue moving other stuffs for another 1 hour. After 2 hours since we already finished the moving (and only 1 worker help for 2 hours), I called the company and only asked if I can get a refund for the unused 1 hour because I don't need it but they said no. I understand they don't want to refund the remaining hour, however with the whole experience on the 2nd worker only help for 1 hour, this is a really bad service. I really appreciate the 1st worker to help all the time and asked the owner to paid him more, but I don't know if they did. In the future I'll probably only order 2 hours first and add additional hours later if needed.

  • The movers broke a treadmill by severing the wires upon moving it. I contacted the owner Hugo to report and sent him a photo as I was very upset about this. He pushed it off on U-Haul stating since I was referred by them they had to answer. I went to U-Haul and they were nice and professional in explaining the moving company and Hugo were the responsible parties providing me with contact information and direction to pursue a claim to include writing this review. It’s just a shame that I am now jumping through all kinds of hoops and having to take time out of my work day to get a response from Hugo and his company. It is quite disturbing. I wouldn’t hire them for anything

There was a little hiccup when the movers canceled at the time they were supposed to start but Hugo made sure to send another crew out as quickly as possible.   • They were supposed to arrive at 1 PM but ended up being 2 hours late, arriving instead at 315 PM and not starting until 330 PM. When their time was up, they were kind enough to finish loading what they had removed from the apartment. However, they did not offer to extend the time or communicate that the job couldn't be completed within the scheduled timeframe. If we had known this, we would have asked them to focus on the furniture and larger items instead of the smaller belongings, or we would have purchased an additional hour of work.

  • My experience with this mover was awful. I had two helpers for two hours to load a truck. They obviously did not know what they were doing. One of my dressers and a storage cabinet were damaged due to their horrible packing. M was helpful & polite but unexperienced. O was on his phone half the time & needed to be told every single time he was in my apartment to do something. They placed heavy items & boxes on top of well-marked fragile items and boxes & did not use the blankets I provided them to keep certain items from being damaged. One of the cabinets was literally placed UPSIDEDOWN, with the top of the cabinet directly on the floor of the truck. In addition, they were scheduled to start at 1030am. While I appreciate that they arrived early for athe job, I was still not back from picking up the Uhaul truck (thanks to Uhaul) until 1010am, so it was not ready to load, but one helper tried to insist that they started working at 10am, when I was not there. Would NOT recommend.

  • Both movers were late, they only worked for about an hour and a half and then they spent most of the next two hours in the truck arranging furniture for protection. When we unloaded my dining room table, treadmill, cat tree, bookshelf, and washing machine were all damaged. I've contacted this company a few times about the damage but they are ignoring me. They don't care about you or your property, be careful dealing with them.

  • From the start, the movers offered to disconnect washer and dryer, but didn’t shut off the main water beforehand, so the garage flooded, which set the move back about 30 minutes. Large furniture ended up being brought down and put in truck midway through rather than at the start, therefore it was a challenge to fit everything in. I had to make suggestions for fitting items in, and securing items, as this didn’t seem to be something that was being considered by the movers when finalizing the truck packing. The men were friendly and kind, and they did seem to protect the furniture which I was appreciative of. However, because of the slow movement and loading, and the issue with the washer flooding, I had to pay for extra time since the movers couldn’t complete the task in the time that was recommended to me. Overall, I unfortunately will not be working with this company again in the future.

  • I gave the company a heads-up that my sleeper sofa was very heavy. They assured me experienced movers would be sent. On move day, one man and a petite woman (later revealed to be his girlfriend, not a mover) arrived. They were 15 minutes late, and it took another 30 minutes for the owner to send two real movers. I lost an hour of U-Haul time. We were scheduled for 1230, they didn’t start moving till 140 The replacement movers were kind, but not very efficient. I ended up moving most of my boxes myself. Despite all this, I was still charged full price, and the owner even tried to add an extra charge (which he backed off when I pushed back). In the end, the job got done, but my couch couldn’t fit in the new apartment, not their fault, just added frustration. I stayed understanding throughout, but it’s disappointing that no discount was offered given the major issues. If experienced movers had been sent from the start, the process would have been smoother and far less stressful.

  • The movers showed up on time, were professional and courteous. However, they did not seem to have any experience with loading and arranging furniture and boxes. After just fitting the couch and mattress into the Uhaul, they stated there wouldn’t be enough space to fit the rest of my stuff and I should get a bigger uhaul or leave things behind. So we ended up loading and arranging everything ourselves, while the movers just brought things down from the apartment. Everything fit but we did most of the arranging ourselves.

Moving is stressful enough and they sure took the stress away. I highly recommend this company.   • I was worried when planning to move but I have requested for loading help to U-Haul truck through Grade A move. Two people came . Mark and Fernando. These two gentlemen are great, that have taken care of everything, very professional, and well behaved , experienced. Lots of thanks to them.

  • Alec is on his phone a good bit during the loading of our truck, they hit the railing and chipped the paint, dropped a box with our microwave in it. One of the works was sick before the end of the job and throw up in the side of our truck. Alec was a good worker and very nice, just need to put his phone away.
