  • They asked me ahead of time to be sure to get twine for securing the load. They came prepared with dollys and were experts at loading the truck (think tetris). I rented blankets that try used to cover furnature. They didn't doddle. All was done in about an hour. I would definitely use again.

  • At first, Angel was incredibly communicative and responsive. That all changed immediately the day of the move. This man is dishonest. And I feel bad for the two men who actually moved me that day. They were not trained well at all. They didn’t know what a furniture dolly was. Because of this, the job took much longer because they didn’t know how to be efficient! For example, the two men insisted on carrying a bookshelf by hand - something that takes 2 people - when they could have used a furniture dolly (takes only 1 person and time time and labor in half). These men didn’t know what a FURNITURE dolly was. They then used the regular dolly (for boxes - not furniture!) to move a very heavy mid century credenza damaging it . They broke my portable AC unit. They lost one of the support bars for my bed frame. Angel gaslit me when I complained. When I sent photos of damage he stopped responding. ZERO INTEGRITY
