You can tell they’ve done a lot of these moves before with how they thought of the fastest, safest, most efficient way to unload our UHaul. We were able to unload our UHaul, move in, and have everything staged in the correct areas in less than 2 hours. • In the last two years I have moved 7 or 8 times (Mcallen,Austin,Dallas TX, and here in MSP) and used the Moving Help movers each time. Josh and his team did two moves for us in March,April 2023 (Shoreview and Hugo). The A+ Reliable Moving crew was by far the best. Why? They show up as scheduled and communicate with you so you know that everything is going as scheduled. This is huge if you are renting trucks and making plans to load and unload. There is nothing worse than being ready to go, truck in the driveway, only to find out they are not coming, or going to be hours late. You will not have that problem with A+. When they show up they go to work and move whatever you need, no question asked, and all with a positive attitude. I really enjoyed workin with these movers as I've worked with a lot of them these past 2 years. A+ was the best team to work with. And let's not forget the money as A+ was also the best value of all the rest. You will not be disappointed.

• We had high hopes as they called asking to come early, usually a good sign. Met them halfway with an hour earlier but ended up needing them for longer. They didn't want to do that, and complained about the number of boxes we had at the start of the job, did their 2 hours and then left us with 12 more hours of work loading the truck ourselves. They didn't go above and beyond but could have; they could have really helped us out - as they had an extra hour in their schedule - but didn't! So, they did not meet our expectations. We wouldn't use them again.
