Quality Pace Movers were fantastic to work with. They were extremely professional and made super to take extra care of our belongings to avoid damage. They were extremely efficient with packing our moving truck to make sure we could max out space and quick too- we hired movers for 7 hours and they were able to finish up in 6 hours!

Excellent service!!! Dedicated workers and almost were machine like with their work ethic. Rarely took breaks and were highly efficient and effective. I had no choice to have my wife get them some fruit & water and they didn’t eat until after the job was over. They deserved a huge Generous tip in which I gave them $500 for their hard work. Due to my 22years in the military. I do alot of traveling and by far the best service ever. If I could personally have quality pace movers as my personal moving company in and out of state I would definitely be open to negotiations due to their workmanship.

I wanted to love these guys, but they did a pretty average job of packing my u-boxes. Most movers I've worked with have disassembled basic furniture, like removing legs from tables, etc to make things fit. These guys didn't do that and really weren't that efficient with space resulting in needing more time and another truck.

I had an amazing experience working with Quality Pace Movers through U-Haul. From start to finish, these guys were professional, efficient, and incredibly respectful of my belongings. The team showed up right on time, introduced themselves, and got straight to work with a level of focus you don’t usually see in moving crews. They handled every piece of furniture with care — wrapping items, securing fragile pieces, and making sure nothing got scratched or damaged. You can tell they’ve been doing this for a long time. What really stood out was how fast and organized they were without cutting corners. They packed the truck strategically, maximizing space and saving me money. Quality Pace Movers have excellent communication skills. They confirmed the arrival window the day before the move, and also gave me a one-hour heads-up before arriving. The team loaded all the belongings from a two-bedroom apartment and unloaded everything into the garage in just 4 hours. They really saved us a lot of stress! They also brought moving dollies, which made the process even smoother. I would definitely use them again if I need movers in the future.

Arrived on time started working immediately and finished earlier than I hired them for. Took great care of moving my items. Very pleasant and communicated well. Despite telling the crew repeatedly that the truck needed to be packed to cross the country, they failed to adequately secure the items. Arrived to find the TV broken, a table broken, scratched furniture, heavy boxes that had been packed on top of fragile ones. Caused thousands of dollars in damage.

There’s a reason that when we went with this company they were the top rated movers on uhaul. The two gentlemen that helped us complete our move were fantastic. They went to work right away and didn’t stop till the job was done. They worked so effectively and efficiently that instead of the three hours I thought I would need, they finished it after only 1 hour 15 minutes. These guys were really great, I scheduled them for 7 hours, and they got the job done in 5.5. They even helped pack some things that I hadn't got around to packing yet. Basically my only critique was that when they were packing they kind of just organized things quickly, and in the move 2 of my bookshelves got damaged. Now these were not sturdy bookshelves, they were just Ikea put it together yourself ones, but one of them had the back fall out and some nails were scattered in the back of the moving truck. They were able to collect all of them, and I think I have to take some responsibility for not warning them how delicate those shelves can be, but its no sweat off my back, and I should be able to reattach the back of the shelf. This job involved multiple trips up 2 flights of stairs, and these guys got it done no problem. Couches, shelves, stereo, matresses, dresser, they got it all. I was absolutely floored by how quickly it all got done.

Overall the guys did a decent loading my storage unit. However, they left some of my valuables on cart in the opposite elevator on the storage facility. The next day I received a call from the property manager telling me that my belongings were left on the cart. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, I expected more from professional movers. Over the years I have been a customer of various moving companies and never have I experienced my belongings but left out in the open. This is a lack of care for the customer belongings. I do not recommend Quality Pace Movers unless you want to jeopardize your belongings subject to being lost.

I've been part of several moves across continents, across the United States, and within cities. Quality Pace Movers was hands down the best I've experienced. Communication was easy, clear, and prompt throughout. We showed up 15 mins late. Quality movers arrived before us, and took initiative to talk to the building, get the loading dock and service elevator set up, and were waiting for us. When we arrived, they took over the truck to park it in the loading dock and start unloading, while we went and grabbed the keys for the apartment. Not only was arriving 15 minutes late not an issue, they didn't just sit around and wait. They assessed the situation, and determined what they could already do to be as ready for our arrival as they could be. And they did all of that without calling us etc. - they just DID it. As for unloading itself, they were true professionals. Very quick, and they handled difficult items better than any other movers we've had.

I communicated on multiple occasions the time for which I needed the movers even received a call the same day prior to the move. Not once was I told that the movers would not make It to me until late evening. They still were not there at 7 and did not arrive until after 8pm when the storage was closed. This note is basically a comment made by your unloading team. The truck was not loaded according to your loading recommendations. Question 3 reflects the previous comment. Because the truck was not packed properly using the blankets provided, many of our items received rub marks, scratches, and gouges. Two large pieces received damage which will require professional repair. The truck was not packed to the proper height to get all of our load in one trip. This caused us to rent another vehicle & return to Maryland to get the balance of our goods. The unloaders in Jackson noted that the truck was not packed properly & felt that a 26' truck should have held all of our belongings, easily. The gentlemen were very pleasant & friendly to work with. We already gave them a tip.

I needed two movers for 11am. I didn't get the message from the moving company to confirm until the day before. The following morning I spoke with Jason from the moving company and was told that his men were only available fromg 2-3 pm. That time slot wasn't workable for me. Jason tried to accommodate me with an earlier time if I could pick the truck up an hour earlier. Unfortunately, the pick up place wasn't open earlier, in order to, get the truck. I placed a date to have this company help me move. The date was changed to another day and I did not pick up on this. The company was nice enough to accommodate my needs and say they would be there to help me after the job they had prior. I was called by one of the workers at 3:58pm and was told they would be there in thirty minutes. At 5: 23pm they had not showed up yet so I called them and he stated they were twenty minutes away. The movers told us they were unable to accommodate. I completely understand the inability to arrive early. I do hold Smooth Movers accountable for being almost 2 hours late for the job. It precluded us from getting help at the next stop and meant that our truck rental was turned in 1 hour past our 48 hour timeline. Thankfully Uhaul didn't charge us. I will not be paying for this service.

The two Mikes were great. Fast polite and professional. Move was difficult with a few pieces but they did well to make it work . Only minor dings on a big heavy piece thru narrow stairs. Great for $
