Never called to fully schedule time for movers to arrive at my house. I called. They said 9a-10a for arrival. I called at 10.15a to ask where they were. Said they'd be there around 11a. 2 boys showed up. They were both great during loading. 1 boy had to take a call during my time with what I assume was a potential lawyer to take his underage possession of a firearm on school property case. Yes this kid was a minor. Broke a bunch of my vintage, irreplaceable glassware (yes box was marked). Broke my coffee table and would not put my refrigerator where it needed to go (because he doesn't like doing that). Had to pay for extra time, even though the kid had to take a call for almost 30 minutes. Ended up costing more than my original hourly rate. Owner did nothing to reimburse my broken items. I did tip each boy $20 because I know 4 hours is a lot, regardless.

I hired a crew through the U-Haul app for loading support, and while there were some positives, the overall experience was mixed. The team did a solid job with staging items, and they were organized in preparing everything for the move. However, the actual loading of the truck was mediocre and unfortunately led to significant damage to several of my belongings. There were also multiple instances where crew members were sitting idle despite there being plenty of work to be done, which was frustrating given the scope of the job and having a three-person team. I appreciate the effort that went into packing and staging, but proper loading is critical to protecting items during transit. I would recommend closer attention to loading technique and overall time management moving forward.

Having used All Secure Movers before, we perhaps expected a bit more in terms of the load planning and the professionalism of all the team members. We were instead directed to make our own plan for how the truck should be loaded, and there was one team member who had a language barrier (which inhibited correction) who could not stop themselves from hitting overhead exit signs or fire sprinkler pipes when performing their tasks. The entire team were nice people I was happy to work with, but I just had higher expectations.

Moving guys were extremely nice and polite. That being said, All Secure Movers were not the most communicative leading up to the move. I had to initiate confirmation and all correspondences. Asked for bed assembly in the initial touch point and this came as a surprise to movers. Boxes were clearly labeled with direction of box and this was often disregarded.

Unfortunately, I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and the quality of the service provided. I chose this company because they advertise themselves as veteran-owned, and I had hoped that would mean they would provide excellent service during a military move. However, the people who helped move my items into my moving truck damaged multiple furniture items while moving them from my apartment, did not care to use protective materials I had available, did not know how to use furniture moving equipment, and damaged more furniture items due to the way they packed items into the truck. I tried to contact the company about this twice, but they have not replied to me. I also purchased Safeload insurance before the move and do not recommend it because they did not believe any of my photographic proof and other evidence because of the apparent agreement they have with Safeload partners. I will not be using U-Haul for these services anymore and do not recommend these services to anyone.

Absolutely horrible experience. The worst movers I’ve ever had. I was deeply disappointed in the service. For starters they were 40 minutes late with no communication. The movers did little to protect my furniture when moving it. I had to insist they use furniture pads on their dolly after they banged my table and desk down the stairs. Several times they used dangerous techniques to move furniture down the stairs and refused help. On other occasions they forced things through gaps where it could barely fit, scraping furniture across the wall and door. There was a strong language barrier as they spoke little English and I speak no Spanish. The packing of the truck was fine at first for boxes. They were reasonably careful. But they didn’t secure any of the furniture with the straps I provided. I spent a long time making the load safe. They broke at least one piece of furniture loading the truck. I also have a light color couch that is now covered in grease stains from their hands.

My only real complaint was that neither of the movers spoke any English at all. It made it extremely difficult to communicate where to go, what to do, or even if they wanted water or a soda. Highly recommend that the dispatchers check if the person booking is fluent in Spanish before sending movers, because my 10th grade Spanish is 30 years out of practice.

Great service. Jerry communicated before and during the move. Very friendly even with the 90 degree weather. I have already recommended All Secure to other people. I emailed 2 days before my move and was pleasantly surprised that they were available. Reasonable rates too.

I would absolutely hire these guys again! Communication was great in the days prior and day of the move. They got the job done sooner than expected, even with 2 flights of stairs and a thunderstorm. They were friendly and respectful of our belongings. Highly recommend!

This is by far the worst experience I have had with movers. First, I told them I had time constraints and had to pick someone up at the airport that day. They assured me they would be there at 10 a.m. they called the day of and said they couldn't come until 2, so they rushed. They didn't pack tig
