  • Willy's team was hardworking and receptive to my needs. A third team member was added to the booking with no issues. The 3 man team finished before the 3 hours but I wish they had spent a little more time being careful with the packing. By the middle of the loading they began to run out of steam and get a little confused. The truck was more organized at the start. This lead to some items being damaged that could have been avoided if all the blankets I rented had been used. A few blankets were left unused. Advice on packing lamp shades and cans would have been appreciated as well. Overall I am happy they helped me move but have had better movers in the past, and wish I had been checking in more how the truck loading was going, but again that's their job not mine.

  • Excellent service by the Tetris Kings on moving day! As a customer, it’s up to you to advocate for anything sentimental or fragile. Nothing of mine was in mint condition or super special. Regardless, they were open to my requests and protected important-to-me items with care. They used the whole space of the truck and repeatedly checked to make sure they hadn’t missed anything else to load. Great overall!

  • This review is for the piano addition part of our truck load-in, which is reviewed elsewhere. Tyler and his associate were very accommodating in putting our piano on a special dolly, wrapping and taping it, ratchet strapping it to the dolly, and securing it in the truck. I am reviewing this after the piano arrived safely after a 500 mile trip; everything was fine. Nice job Tetris Kings!

  • Tyler, the owner, personally called me a few times before the move to confirm and strategize our packing day. He arrived with an associate on time, and even delayed an hour for me until it stopped raining. The move was all packing, with four separate groups of items, mostly antique furniture. He wrapped and taped everything very well, and strapped everything securely. I have waited to give this review until everything was unloaded in four locations over 650 miles, including Brooklyn. The delicate a china cabinet, glass table, grandfather clock, piano, and everything else was in perfect condition and I am very satisfied. I liked working with Tyler; he was very accommodating and instilled confidence that the journey in a 20 foot truck would go well. I wish him success in his business!

  • i hired movers over the past weekend, as they are moving my items one of the 2 hired walks down with two totes, my mirror stacked on top, and another item stacked on my mirror; carrying 4 items that pass his head. As the 2nd mover comes down with nothing in his hands i say i hope my items arent dropped and the 2nd, i assume goes to catch up to him to help, i stay to oversee and the 1st mover drops my mirror. this drop causes my mirror to break. Once the move is completed i unpack my kitchen items and all my dishes are broken. They had heavy boxes stacked on top of them in and out of the truck. There was no care put into the items that were packed in bubble wrap and heavily labeled fragile! And furthermore no care for the overall items simply for the fact that theyre trying to be in and out and done with the job. Terrible experience overall and would definitely not recommend these movers to anyone i know in person or online.

The real issue is with the owner. I have left over a dozen voicemails with this man to ask what the next steps to correct this issue, and he is purposefully ignoring me. It was frustrating to inquire multiple times about arrival time but there was no solid answer. I understand there might have been delays but communication was poor as the person handling the phone was working as well. Anyways, they completed the job on time and hence I gave 5 stars for the job done. • I had to leave a friend to work with them while I went back to my old house to clean. They did an awesome, quick job. I’m sorry I didn’t get to meet them and forgot to leave a tip with my friend for them. Thank you, Tetris!!

  • Movers never showed up for customer. After an hour of being late customer called them and she left 2 voicemail's. Movers then texted her telling her they were running behind and would be there in 20 minutes. She then waited 45 minutes and continued to call them and they ten texted again telling customer that they had to cancel her move due to the movers getting pulled over and arrested. She is very upset by this and also thinks it is very unprofessional that they did not call her and only texted her. She also had to extend truck rental due to having to move herself. She is looking for a refund for the movers she paid through. Job number JB-19C850D6, Tetris Kings were the movers. - Elaine Snyder 5/31/2019 12:09:13 PM

Not only did they load and unload all my stuff, they also lived up to their names by fitting all my stuff in the moving van like a game of tetris so I only needed one trip rather that two. They also took care to protect and look after everything so t

Once they got there they were friendly and helpful, but at that point they were not really needed any longer. It's a good thing I had
