Two guys came and worked super efficiently. The way they tetris’d the truck to save room for the additional apartment worth of stuff we need to load tomorrow, and remembered that we wanted a specific box at the front because we’ll need it tomorrow even though I only said that one time is top tier. The Moving Help experience was truly helpful, professional and courteous. The team was in contact with me from the start of my move and was accommodating of my schedule (I was delayed in traffic by 1.5 hours and they were extremely flexible). The 2 movers were experienced and so fantastic! They arrived onsite before me and secured a parking spot for my 15 foot van on a crowded, busy street on their own initiative. From there they efficiently unloaded all my belongings handling fragile items and heavy items with great care (while navigating 3 floors of narrow stairs). They were also really nice! I highly recommend this service! Their help eased the stress and work of my move offering great value—I would definitely use them again in the future.

Exceptionally helpful. I hired two men two help pack and unpack at the new apartment. Three showed up and they said it was a no additional cost. The men were excellent professional and kind to my wife and child. I was moving to a 4th floor walk up, and I hired them to lift the heavy stuff that I couldn't. The 2-man crew arrived right on time. The 2 men were very helpful and seemed knowledgable and experienced with moves and packing a truck that it was very easy to show them the items to be moved after which they proceeded to handle all the heavy lifting and loaded the rental truck without my needing to be concerned. They packed the truck perfectly for the short move we were making. They also worked quickly on the unload and packed everything into a temporary storage unit, such that items are easily accessible if needed. The demeanor of both workers was also very pleasant such that I would be glad to work with them again when our items need to be moved out from storage. The whole move worked very well in the time allotted.

The only issues we had were a lack of proper priority for packing the truck (boxes were packed first before any furniture) and not packing the truck correctly (i.e. boxes first, but also a LOT of wasted space). Due to these issues our table top was damaged, our expensive flatscreen was loaded standing on its side, multiple items were left or given away, and we had to do a second (interstate) car trip to finish packing the rest of what could fit in a car. All of our items should have fit in the truck if packed professionally.
