  • We had to fire and rehire unloaders at the last moment because the original movers never communicated with me or confirmed the appointment. So these guys reached out right away, confirmed the appointment, showed up on time and ready to go! They got it all done quickly and professionally. They went above and beyond to help us get settled in. We are very thankful!!

  • The communication from the company ahead of the job was nearly non existent. At 72 hours prior to our scheduled move date, I called and left message because I had not heard anything from the company. I never heard back. At the 24 hour mark til our scheduled move, I called and left a message. I missed the return phone call but they didn’t leave a message so I had no idea I had missed a call from the company. I was so stressed the week leading up to the move because I couldn’t reach the company and didn’t know if we’d have movers show up the morning of. The moving crew was slow moving. 4 helpers total, one with limited mobility. I do not feel like I got my moneys worth.

  • We asked for help from Americas Pro Moving. They did not contact me prior to moving, I had to contact them to confirm the day and time the movers would be there. They showed up on time, however it appeared that one of the movers was injured. This did not help with making the loading and unloading very quick. They damaged the walls and handrails on the house we are renting while moving things upstairs. In addition, they dropped my tool box and damaged it. We are thankful for their help, but wish it would have been a little better.

  • I used the loading and unloading service by Americas Pro Moving on August 8th 2024. Scheduling with was very difficult. It took me one week of everyday calls and messages to get in touch with them for scheduling and finalizing the date of unload. The helpers while moving the Sofa damaged the bottom layer. It has a huge hole now and all the material filled inside is coming out. I had informed the helpers of the damage during the move as well. I have been trying to reach the service provider for the reimbursement of damages but they have been unresponsive.

  • The two gentlemen did an excellent job! In 110+ degree weather, they didn't stop working (except for water breaks). I ended up going overtime, but it was my fault for under estimating how long it would take. Very nice men, when one of them noticed me getting sick from the heat, he offered me coconut water, which really helped me out. I would highly recommend America's Pro Moving! They work hard and showed they cared about my belongs and me.

  • Do not use this company! Too many broken items, he’s fraud, refuses to provide a claim form. Will only email back that he will pray for you. Not acceptable behavior. He uses gaslighting and fraud to get what he wants, charges for things that are way out of the ballpark such as charging for a spinet piano but charging as if it is an upright. Uprights are double the size. He obviously does not know the difference or just wants to make more money. He is very argumentative and arrogant. His partner who dos not appear to have a name consistently hit and kicked and yelled at my dog. He was told to stop but he refused. My couches were ripped because they removed all the blankets prior to placing in the box and climbed all over them with their shoes on passing furniture back and forth. They took off all the blankets I placed around each piece furniture just as the furniture instructed. I am missing a lot of furniture pieces and many others are just destroyed.

  • Two adults arrived with a young teenager. One of the adult had difficulty walking and was not able to go move much due to improper shoes that he decided to wear. The teenager stood around most of the 4 hours of work and I had to ask him to work several times. The other adult was feeling sick and said he was not able to help after only working 3 of the 4 hours scheduled. In all the movers were honestly exremely lazy and a waste of my time. I had to step in and help move in order to finish within the paid time. They also showed up 40 minutes late which ultimately affected our schedule for the day. I would strongly NOT recommend keeping this moving company as I felt Uhaul let me down for ultimately offering such unprofessional and less then average moving helpers. 0 out of 10, the movers were a solid 3 to be honest.

  • Overall they were the best part of our cross country move. Adam was very patient with us as our shipment was delayed for almost a week. He kept in touch with us and when our containers arrived he was able to take care of us quickly. I hope not to move again anytime soon but if I were to, I would call America's Pro Moving without hesitation.

  • Getting a response was slow. (On the day of the move it seemed my texts and calls were ignored by the owner) The crew was not as adept as some crews we have used. There was an amount of tension early in the unloading. There was additional time required. The crew member insisted that we pay in cash and often asked for gratuity. (Additional payments $255 cash for overtime and $150 cash gratuity) It is worth noting that our job was more difficult than some. Because of mechanical problems, U-Haul had to provide a second truck. The second truck was loaded by a U-Haul provided crew. They made no effort to maintain the order of the organization of the first truck.

  • We moved out more in 30 minutes than they did in 2 hours. The couch which was one of the main pieces of furniture I wanted a professional to move was damaged on both arms and dirty on the top edge from the movers trying to shove it in an elevator that it clearly did not fit. A little measuring, planning, and asking queistions of either us or the apt manager would have told them there was another freight elevator that was bigger and nothing would have been damaged. No gloves or blankets were used to protect pieces. Definitely not worth the money we paid.

  • After not hearing from this company after the 24 hours Uhaul stated I would hear from them, I had to reach out myself and it took another 24 hours to get a reply. We had a quick exchange and then I have followed up 2x this week to confirm the move and have not heard back. This makes me too worried that they won't show up on the day of our move and would rather have another company who values communication and that I can trust.

  • I contacted my moving helper several times and with no response. Then the second day I talked to him on the phone and he tried to get me to move my time to afternoon and I explained I couldn’t do that because we were picking up the truck at 9am. The third day he texted me and told me they couldn’t help uhaul double booked them for morning appointments and mine was one of them. He advised me I would get a full refund. I’m not happy at all this has messed up our moving day plans and you may have lost a future customer over these unprofessional movers... I also am showing you were paid through my American Express and also two more pending charges for the same thing.
