Nate, Fabeion and Syl were our movers. They were wonderful guys and excellent at their job. I asked if I should help unload anything off the uhaul and they said they got it. We hired for 3 hours and they were done in 2. Very minimal damage to our house, minor scuffs on the floor upstairs and a couple spots of chipped paint but nothing we can't fix. They were amazing and I recommended this company to another person I know moving in the next few weeks.

They were so helpful! We were worried about how much we’d have to throw away to fit our stuff in a 20’ truck (2 bed 2 full bath apartment), but they fit almost everything and did it carefully and strategically! They were kind and polite, and were very receptive to any questions or direction we had for them. Likewise, they were sure to ask questions about any items that weren’t clearly labeled or packed up, which was helpful as we were still throwing odds and ends into bags the whole time they were here. They got things done in nearly 2 full hours less than i had booked based on the u-haul guide - they mean business! Highly recommend Dedicated Efficient Movers, thank you guys!!

We had to move them back an hour and they worked with us on that as well. The movers were on time, got the job done in under the allotted time, worked around the challenges of our apartment building and were some of the nicest guys I’ve met! I would highly recommend to anyone who’s moving, use these guys!

Never again! This company (and some of its workers) are incompetent!!! After 45 min of waiting, i called the company, who had not even sent movers at our agreed upon time. I waited another 25 min for two movers to arrive. One was competent and the other was not. They began to load the truck inappropriately- with light things on the bottom and heavier boxes on top. I asked them to move some of the lighter crushed boxes to the top and they did, thankfully. By the end, the two were arguing about where to put things and the incompetent one was complaining about how my stuff was too flimsy. I directed them how to pack the final things and was glad to wish them goodbye. I drove carefully to a friend's and when i opened the truck, all of the things (including heavier boxes) they had insisted upon loading up front had fallen over all the other things in back, pushing my bike chain into wooden furniture. It's scratched to the point of not being able to sand out. Terrible job!!!!!!

Broke the bottom of my dresser, chipped another dresser, dropped our washing machine down half a flight of stairs, I requested 830am they said arrival between 830 to 930, I had to text where they were and they didn't show up till 10am. Clearly one of the guys struggled to carry anything, he had no clue what he was doing. Neither of them were able to move our washer. My husband had to help them and now no washer at our new house because they dropped it down the stairs and we then put it in the garage, going to look for a new washer today now. Horrible not worth what I was charged. Never again. Should have done it myself. We hired movers to help us not wreck our stuff! These movers are not dedicated or efficient.

The movers were courteous for the most part, but they did not bring a dolly or anything to move anything into my apartment. It was a good thing I had a cart for them to use to move my belongings in. When you are a mover, why would you not bring a dolly? It took them longer to move my belongings in, costing me to add another hour. The movers that loaded my U-Haul had a dolly and wrapping material in case I needed it.

Please know they are only helpers, if we had not helped carry things out as well, it would’ve taken many more hours. We hired them for a 2 hour span, knowing not everything would be completed in that time frame but they refused to use a moving dolly, which we had. They preferred to carry one box out at a time versus a couple or more. The whole house was already packed up, only boxes and a few bigger things were to be loaded. They were great with the big things and we were very thankful they were there for that. No appliances went so it should’ve been a fairly easy job. One mover was definitely a lot more help than the other! So if you want help then I would recommend them. The owner was super nice and all were very respectful however the movers are only helpers, don’t rely on them to move everything in a timely manner. The owner called about half way thru and I had told him they need to pick up the pace, which they did do for the most part. It did help a lot having them.
