JEFFREY MMake sure that when one location gives you an affordable price a customer can afford, that price can be picked up at any location anywhere. I did have a problem picking up my U-Haul because they wanted me to go to another place with a higher price that was originated from. If one location gives you a low price, you should be able to pick it up anywhere at any location with that same current price that was given to you from the start.

KRISTINA GNot this locations fault, but we had difficulties with the app maintaining connection with uhaul.com, As we were returning the trailer after hours we had no choice but to use the app and spend an extra 45 minutes to get a good connection.

Tyler Ji'm not recommending Uhaul to anybody - in fact, i'm going out of my way to use Penske or literally anybody else
brad gI rented a van for a week and they tried to charge me 4,418,00 dollars mins you there was nothing damaged or anything wrong with the van upon return, I couldn't believe they tried to charge such a ridiculous price. Very crazy if you ask me.
MICHAEL TI recommend contacting this location directly. We contacted another location that only had one truck and they had not cleaned it so she called this location for me and reserved me a truck. That seems very nice except the reservation was never actual received at this location and she took half his commission. knowing that I will make the reservation myself next time so they know we are coming and they get their full commission.

JONNETTA JVery unclear on where to drop off. Hard to tell where their property was and where to leave U-Haul without blocking anything. Someone finally came running out and pointed to a spot in front of garage doors to park.

Bryan DMotorcycle trailer worked great for transporting my bike. Loads very easy, has great tie down locations. Built in front wheel chock helps a bunch.
