Trucks steering wheel was missing padding it was down to the steel in one section the AC worked but did not blow out of the vents I'm guessing the plenum actuator needs replaced, the tps module for the tires air pressure was constantly on throwing a warning sensor. This truck was a piece of junk. Drivers seat padding was worn on the left side which made u lean toward the door constantly.

Parking the vehicle after hours along 6th avenue was a little challenging but after the Bingo crowd left we were able to find a spot to park.

Yes when I pick the truck up the gas was a little bit below a half a tank I put $25 in and took the truck back they charged me $26 for 6 gallons of gas there's no way I want my refund for the $26 please that's not possible I put it right back to where it was

originally scheduled our uhaul on Wednesday 10/23 for the location at Geramitas custom covers at 1040 Pittsburgh st, cheswick pa 15024. The next day it was changed to the tarentum location which is an extra 5 miles. I pass Geramitas almost daily and the trucks are always there and none of them have been moved. I was told that there were none available for the day and time I requested however again passing it several times during the day the trucks were there. It just seems like no one wants to work or find someone to work that location. This has happened several times to my family and having to pay extra miles to pick up from a different location seems very unfair. I wanted to bring this to uhauls attention as this is a constant issue.

Parking was limited but there was a space to park the truck. Opening the drivers door to exit the truck on to an active street. Drop off was quick and easy.

Tell customers how to turn off the towing feature. Stop getting rude and ignorant when the customer says something to you about it. Maintain vehicles better.

The staff at the location was good, but the app sent me to an address in Texas and it didn't allow me to finish the questions when returning the vehicle. The app still needs some work, but the overall experience was good.

Not charge $26 dollars for gas when I only traveled 7 miles. That's a little excessive.

I rented a van and when I went to pick they have ready for me a truck. I considerer so unrestful and unethical what they did to me. Beside that everything went fine.

The salesman at the location we picked the truck up at was very rude. I will continue to use uhaul but will never pick up my truck from that location again. He acted like we were an inconvenience.

as a first time renter I would have liked to know when i return it I needed to complete it on my phone since the location was closed on sundays

the truck we received had some major issues in terms of how it ran. the inside of the cab was filthy and uncleaned. garbage all over and cigarette butts in the doors. coffee was spilled all over the dashboard and the back of the truck was covered in mud.

This owner has a bad reputation and for my first experience I can now see why Harmon the owner doesn’t acknowledge the customer when they walk in Not just with me but other customers interactions where cold and not engaging Back to my experience it took him a half hour of my time for him just looking at an ancient computer to have me sign a paper ,take my payment and get me a key which should have took no more then 10 minutes Not friendly at all So I wasn’t happy when I got the call to pick it up at A1 rental I was expecting my pick up place to be at uhaul like I scheduled

Some features were absent in the truck such as usb outlet for electronic devices. Make sure your cell phone is fully changed!

I reserved my truck the week before, and was told that I could pick it up at 8AM. I was there a few minutes after 8 and it took me over 45 minutes to get my truck. When I brought the truck back,I parked it where I picked it up and was told that because I didn't park the truck in front of the store they couldn't process my receipt. One would have thought that if they wanted the truck parked in front of the store they would have mentioned that fact.

Went in at 8 am for my pickup, nothing was ready, the truck hadn't even been checked in from the previous day. Didn't walk out with the truck until 8:45. Very unorganized

My dolly and blankets I originally ordered were never out on the truck, and I had to drive to a further store because I was misinformed about availability

I pre-ordered so I wouldn't have to wait and I ended up being there for almost 40 minutes which made me late for my pick up and getting back locations between trenholm in Lower Burrell

It was inconvenient for the trucks to be so far from the lock boxes with the keys. We had to walk back and forth a couple of times throughout the check in process.

Well first off I went to pick the truck up it was not clean there was dirt scattered all garbage and debris scattered all over the truck I had to clean it out I had to wipe it down furthermore I filled the gas tank up and they’re telling me that I did not fill it up and charge me an extra $12 I will never use this location ever again

I was told day before I had to drive hour each way for pickup, they were very slow and helped other customers (inc phone calls) prior to finishing my order

Nothing because the two older gentlemen in the A-1 rental store at Tarentum were super nice and polite! Very hard working!

Trailer was given to me w/a flat tire.took 1 and1/2 hours to get the trailer,people did not have the right tools to attach trailer to my car.back and forth they go to get tools to somehow attach trailer,worse service ever.

Maybe a more expedited service would be about all I could add. It took longer than expected to get the truck but the counter person was quite nice and professional. much more than the guy at the Washington BLVD office. Those people over there were just plain RUDE on sunday when I tried to get a truck there on the same day when I already had a reservation and their system was broken! That office will be the LAST place I will go to to rent!!!

I chose a different location when I rented on-line but it was moved to this location. The gentleman who waited on me was pleasant however the process was painfully SLOW. I provided all the info when I rented the truck on-line but was asked for all the info again. The mobil check in process would have been much quicker however it wasn't available that I know of since my rental site was changed by U-Haul.

Only needed a pickup or van.all that was available was a ten foot box truck .It handled well.drove 72.miles and back

Cigarette ashes everywhere. Windshield had smudges all over it. Hadn't been swept out in who no knows how long. Person I talked to on the phone from A1 was extremely ignorant. Never coming back here again.
