Isabella MIt was just a quick drop off so I don’t have much feedback about the place other than it was easy to find and easy to return the key even even though it was pouring raining so so I didn’t get a chance to write down the odometer reading, etc.

Danish FLet the new customers know that when they show up to rent a truck here they need to go to the back of the lot to find the rental staff not the front office.
CRAIG NAttendant was fine with getting us all set up but trailer was visually damaged. The trailer ended up catching fire and blowing a tire on the side that was damaged requiring road side assistance and getting new equipment.
Mitchell FFriendly, helpful service and well maintained equipment at a reasonable price. This is my new go-to source for trailer and truck rental.

KEITH HSam was pleasant and efficient. She was at the facility and available when we checked out and when we checked in. She showed us the features of the trailer and gave good advice. She quickly diagnosed and changed out a defective wiring harness. We had a very smooth experience.

philo GMy husband was delayed due to an accident that happened ahead of them. They sat on the freeway for a good 30 mins. He was 8 mins late and they charged him. Plus he had stopped for fuel a few miles before drop off. Then they charged him for a gallon of diesel fuel. It felt like we were nickel and dimed for an extra $25.
JEFFREY HSam was extremely helpful, kind and explained everything well. My partner drove the truck and shared that some of the things in truck were glued together but that the truck drove well. Location was well situated.

Jon WThe location is a bit suspect. The truck was not prepared with my online entries, particularly dollies. Other reviews about the van are accurate. Everything worked and trip was successful at least but it did not feel as safe compared to prior U-Haul experiences.
Dominic PWould have liked a backup camera but was a great van and comfortable and well maintained and wonderful check in person personally cleaned windows and outside mirrors before we drove it away. She was professional, and very nice and my dtr and I appreciated working w a knowledgeable person who could explain things to us rather than an online only check in. We will always use this location for future moving needs.

JIM MWhen we arrived, as scheduled, there was no one there. A note on the door informed that due to a family emergency, no one would be available for the day. We were not about to take the trailer BACK to Lyons and come back the next day, a day late. We found a spot in the back lot and dropped the trailer off. We were aware there was another U-Haul lot in Longmont, but decided we had committed to this one and did know/nor wanted to screw up our contract. As it was, we checked with the personnel at this location and all was well. The ONLY reason we checked no on the recommendation is because no one was there when we arrived. We understand the situation and it most likely would not have been the case with someone else on another date, BUT, with all the tech, U-Haul knew to expect our arrival here and could have directed us to the other U-Haul location just a few miles away.
