I ordered 2 dolly's and 6 furniture pads. Due to not having those items and the location not being open, I was left without anything to move my furniture to the new home. I will have to rent again just to be able to finish moving. If people rent those things, they need them.

JAMES HAgain was cheated out of $21 for gas. Took picture when left 31 miles to empty. Retuned with 36 miles to empty. Not very good business.
MARK SI rated the condition of the equipment YES, Having said that, the hitch was very difficult to connect and disconnect due to a rust situation.

Kevin TWe rented before hurricane helene came thru. The inside of the truck was very dirty. I swept 4 dustpans of dirt out of it. Secondly, we tried to speak with someone for three days. No one at the location, nor were phones being answered. We drove around the area looking for gas for the truck, running out a half of a tank of gas trying to find gas. Could not get gas and still be able to return the truck by the deadline. So, we were charged excessively for gas. Not a good experience.

Matthew SI was not told that there was a $48 required insurance charge and was not told of multiple fees that took a $259 rental up to over $350! Online I chose no insurance and feel cheated as my auto insurance covers rentals. Disappointing.

Roger cWas surprised to have less than 1/4 tank of fuel to start my moving day…what happened to ensuring a full tank to start a rental? So then I have to try to guess how to finish with the same amount which is difficult to do and inevitably more is left in the tank to ensure you don't get dinged for returning it with less…but I'm then paying for fuel for the next person… just require full tanks upon return so the first thing a renter must do is t find a gas station.

Jay MI only rented an appliance Dolly/cart and it was pretty well worn, but it did what I needed it to do so all was well. The center itself was well maintained.
June KDid not have the size I reserved, even after phone call from uhaul figuring it out. Gave us 26 footer needed 15, but had to take it no other choice. Where is the $50 credit?
RENE SDriver's seat had large cut with insulation exposed. The light switch handle was broken. The dash would not light up at night and could not use it for full 2nd day the truck was rented.
Raymond FThe uhaul steering has way to much play in it. You are beat when you finished driving from fighting the wheel all day. I would think uhaul would maintain their equipment better.

frederick sIt was simply a parking lot. Unmanned and not able to help with hitch and trailer problems. Very disappointed in Uhaul after this last move. From the confusing schedule for pick up and drop off. Nothing was convenient and the whole experience was frustrating.
Steve EFit help from a very nice young lady and she was pleasant which helped considering all the trouble I went through I believe her name.is called and she deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service and pleasant smile which is inviting to the consumer that you feel your be taken.care of so this location I would recommend for certain reason but not so much the company thanks called keep up the good job you did cause you really help me.
Tyler HVerify tire pressures, thankfully I did and can fill high psi tires. Otherwise these guys were great and very fast getting me checked in.

James CDo not recommend chad and David moving help. David is very old. I had to hire two other people to help towards the end and they still charged me another hour extra. They were smoking cigarettes inside the moving truck with my furniture and smoking weed on the job. I would never recommend them
