Stephen BThe lady that works it is very sweet but she is not physically capable of helping get a trailer attached. Also my order was messed up I said I didn't want road side assistance but to keep the trailer insurance just like my reservation was setup. Once i signed the contract I found the insurance was missing. There was no damage inspection so I took a walk around video before leaving but the trailers frame was bent won't caused weird vibrations for my entire 700 mile drive.
