The cab had left over food and it stunk inside of it, the charging ports didn't work.

Leith MWhen got there the store closed and had to wait for 4 hours for them to open then when it opened only had to drop off and not signature or any documents.
Todd MI am sooooo very upset with this experience. The equipment was not ready for use. We had to call u-haul to assist us as it was buried in snow. Nobody was at the location. There was snow all over the vehicle. It was frozen into the ground. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
Christine KThe place wasn't open that day and the 24/7 mobile pickup on app wasn't working because it wasn't set up apparently. Had to be on the phone with U-Haul for an hour while they were just as confused as I was. I'd rather just cancel my entire move than ever go to this location for a U-Haul ever again.
Holly CCory was instrumental in getting our trailer hooked up. Unfortunately there was a piece of glass inside that cut a deep gouge in my antique table.

Donald NFirst we wanted pick up in Canby MN and had to go to Toronto,SD to get . Then get a message it would be canceled after we pick up cause thw employee didnt do the online paperwork. We had requested drop off in North Haverhill NH and they scheduled OT for North Hampton , NH 3 hours away. Needed to call and straighten that out. Still could not drop in North Haverhill needed to take to Littleton NH still 30 min away. That person was so unfriendly. So inconvenient when there are HAul places closer.
Gordon HQuick easy and painless pickup. Would definitely use again.
Michael MTruck was dirty inside and out. No handtruck per contract. Most of the blankets had been used and weren't wrapped.
