You owe me a $25 cleaning fee credit for my efforts. The cabin of the truck was filthy. The storage area was clean. The cabin was very dirty with sand, dirt, leaves and trash on the floor. Empty dirty coffee cups, water bottles, used napkins and assorted food wrappers and food on the floor. "What is that fishy smell" was not due to rainy weather, an open empty sardine can was discovered behind the center seat. This was gross. Dirtiest vehicle I have ever rented. After removing the trash and wiping up spills and lot of air deodorizer, the cabin area was acceptable. Otherwise the truck performance was good.

Ordered a dolly blankets and and furniture pads, which they never gave. Had to call support to get the code for the key. Dirty interior.

No improvement needed whatsoever. It was a very easy online drop off with a drop box for the key. They even followed up with me after I dropped everything off excellent experience in Anderson, South Carolina.

I have been charged for equipment that I ordered but was not provided. I have been unable to reach anyone by phone to get my charges removed. I would love to talk to someone who can help me with these charges. It seems impossible to get this resolved.

The truck is worn out. It failed to start at one point so I had to keep it running the rest of the day. The location is in a bad part of town.

Alfa Tradesman initially told me they were no longer a uhaul dealer. Sent me away despite my reservation. Later contacted me and decided to rent the trailer to "get it off their property ". If Alfa Tradesman is not a dealer stop making reservations with them. Very unsatisfied with uhaul. Will seek other companies in the future.

No be a pain in the ass to try and get the app to work and not try and charge someone TWICE for the samething.

not a problem with this location, but with the experience has a whole. Had a reservation at another location using the app, but that location was not setup for mobile app. after a 25 minute hold on the phone, a real person got me to the correct location, but that took another half hour. Had trouble loading license picture, would not accept after 3-4 tries. had to call again and wait anther 20 minutes... finally got the key and the truck. i will not be using the mobile app next time around

I wouldn't recommend anyone to this location. Both owners are unprofessional and attitude is nasty...Would like to say more, but rather not

Floor mats dirty, back full of leaves. Tight fit for driver. Vibration at higher speeds. On site staff friendly.
