Was dropped off the same day as it was picked up but because they don't come in till the next morning to write it up I was charged an extra $40!!! I was NOT happy. When they tell you that you can just drop it off and put the keys in the box they don't tell you about the extra charge!!!

LONNY RDeduct 30 from the Bill it was 40 2 days rental 15 for insurance, that is 55 & 1/ mile. If I went 15 Miles that is a 15 more than the total is 70.00. not the 100 the card was charged. !!! Can you please let me know what you guys think about this . Thanks again for your support

JEFFREY DVehicles should not have emissions issues that cause check engine light to come on. At beginning and end of rental period.

Susan KAdvise if you're going to bill in advance. We were told would bill when returned and were bill on pickup. Then refunded over billing on return. We do a lot of rentals and were shocked with this. Felt like they didn't trust us.

Lisa MI would recommend this location, but the U-Haul experience overall was poor. The location I originally chose didn't have the equipment, so the scheduler directed me to another location that did. However, when I went to pick up the trailer, that location was closed and I had to spend an hour on the phone, then another hour racing around to get to a location that had the equipment before it closed. I didn't get the boxes I ordered, which created another problem. I was also told that I'd only be billed for two days since the day I wanted to pickup was a Sunday and everyone was closed. I was billed for 3 instead. I'd be very reluctant to recommend U-Haul to anyone, sadly. I've generally had good experiences, but for the next move I'll likely look at a competitor.
