There was alot of truble to get the truck after hours its was a frustrating experience to be honest and on top of that the yard is bad i even got i flat tire there , definitely not coming back

DOUGLAS LDrop off again confusing. Pulled U-Haul trailer into front street side parking and found drop off in different location. Had to reverse out into oncoming traffic which was a mess. No clear drop off instructions. Called number and voice was broken English clearly in the middle of a restaurant with screaming bc Holden in background. Did my own research about drop off until I felt safe leaving them.

JESUS RCustomer care is very poor, like the location where they send you to drop off the truck is next to the office(right behind) but they make you walk like 3 blocks to get there, because nobody have had the initiative to add a door to the back fence but instead they make you walk the 3 blocks! UNACCEPTABLE.!

Jose RThey had a problem during registration that forced them to use their phone app instead. I received the bill via email and it had a $165 safe move charge. I called to have it removed and they refused. I did not and have never chosen any insurance on any rental truck or auto as I have full coverage with State Farm for 40+ years. I do not know if there was confusion during the rental process with the phone app, but I guarantee I would never have taken insurance for this rental which was less than 10 miles of TOTAL travel. I will stick to Budget Rent-a-truck next time.

BELIN TLocation was just 3 miles from our house in Coral Gables, it was very convenient for us….We just left the car and dropped off keys very easy.
Maria MBoth floor matts were dirty and sticky. The truck had dents on both sides. I purchased insurance and when i left my key inside the truck by accident; i was told insurance did not cover and that no one could provide a quote of what it would cost to recover key. I paid for locksmith and resolved it. Turned in key.

ALERQUIE BThe truck had two bald front tires and alignment was way off. Truck pulled to right hard and shook terribly. Was a major safety hazard. Still awaiting a call from a manager after calling Uhaul.
PEDRO RTruck have loose steering wheel, web site shows available equipment and not avail at all at the site, waiting long period for return clearance. Terrible service !

LUIS BFirst of all, coming into the office, I had to wait outside for no reason someone to open the door to buzz me in, which, to me, was absurd. Second, I had to walk all the way around to the back in a yard to retrieve the van and then go through the trouble of having to leave it outside in the parking lot on the plaza grounds since the office was closed by the time I got back from using the van to return it. The process is too inconvenient and complicated.
