The website and app was not working properly when I dropped off the truck so I could not take pictures of the truck. But I took pictures prior to leaving if you would like them please let me know what email to send it too. Experience was awful, no help on getting it dropped off where I wanted it to be dropped off at. No credit given for the inconvenience of the change that was made AFTER I started my reservation. And there was no office at this location, no one answered the phone. Parking was not clear so I parked in the place it would least obstruct other people.
Daniel DI was really upset with the fact that my chosen pickup location was changed on me and set to a location that was 120 miles round trip out of my way. I chose a different location and good thing I did because I didn't realize that I wasn't even given enough miles in my rental to get from my start location to my destination. So my $300 rental ended up being over $600. I don't know when things changed but from a customer point of view what I'm quoted in the beginning should be all I have to pay unless I go over the miles that it takes to get from point A to B and if I damage the vehicle. I will definitely be trying a different rental service in the future.
James wNot having an office at this location was a bit of a pain. Mobile check in and checkout took at least 45 minutes out of my day. I know it's probably related to covid but checking in with an actual person is so much faster.

Deandre DThe whole experience if this rental was appalling. Booked at Little Falls only to find out truck was not available. They then moved the booking to Foley, MN sure, no answer to calls, no one there to collect that evening. Eventually turned up an hour late the following morning. Disgusted.
