Attic storage is well kept & a well run facility. Tina has always went above and beyond in ensuring that storage facility is run very smoothly. I've used them for several years & will do so in the future if I need storage again.

I never needed to go to the office so it should be a n/a. I did find my little utility trailer busted open along with a storage unit @#17, when I went to pick up the trailer. The lid was up with the lock busted. The bag my tent was packed in was un-zipped but I didn't see anything missing. It must have happened Friday am because nothing was wet and it poured during the night. Even after this happened, I hope to come back next summer

Everyone (Tina) was always helpful and responsive. We never had any issues. We sold our camper For health reasons or we wouldn't have left. Merci.

We had no issues while we were here. The staff was professional and the payments were debited directly from my account. Overall, it's a convenient place between Johnson CIty and Kingsport to stash your stuff.

The facility was clean and kept up. Access was easy and convenient. Did not have any problems with insects or other intruding pests. Will definitely use this facility the next time I need extra space

Customer service was nice. I do recommend that they not say that you can pay online at UHaul because I was told by customer service not to do that after I had already paid the bill
