Excellent all around performance
ALBERT CTruck battery was dead upon arrival, also covered in snow.
MELVILLE GNice people and very accommodating. Little confusing where to go to pick up truck if you have never been to the location but they did have a sign explaining where to go and fetched the truck for us.
PAUL OAutomotive Professionals is a great business. But the Haul Policy to present vehicle with a half full tank is both self-serving and anti-customer. In my experience, the gas tank gauge did not move as I continued to try to fill the tank - just moments before my return. And the $5 per gallon penalty for gallons below half volume is draconian. Trucks & Vans should be full when presented to the customer and full when returned to UHaul.

Sean Sweird that uhaul asked me to drop the truck in a different location saying this place was full. they had 1 other truck. uhaul asking me without asking to do their leg work. i did get what i asked for with some complaining. the locations people were great

William TThey advertise at 74,95 but they don't tell you about mileage and fees til signing. The real price was 249! And then leave the gas tank half full, you you have to replace the gas you use. Why not leave it for on full?? Maybe to get extra gas? Hmmm…?

BRENT SStarted off at the U-Haul center in Kalispell MT which was a disaster and the two incompetent people working there could not help me with a possible wiring issue on my vehicle and could not recommend any other services. Went to AP U-Haul where they not only diagnosed the problem of a failed U-Haul relay but repaired it and rented me the trailer I needed to leave that day. These folks at AP are professionals and a great team, Blaze is excellent with customer service. The U-Haul center in Kalispell manager should be trained how to do his job.

kevin MNo personnel at this location. We called and were told just to drop off the trailer. This could have been very awkward if I wasn't physically able to lift the 6' by 12' cargo trailer off of the hitch.

Kevin AThe gas tank was a little off full and instead of going back and reporting it I continued to the job site. When I filled up with gas it took 9,6 gallons and I had driven 45 miles. You need to make sure the tank is full before you rent the truck. Returned the truck ant 12 noon the same day I rented the truck and personally turned in the keys. Received a call on Monday asking if I was going to keep the truck for additional days. The rental company just does not pay attention to the details.

Gary SThe folks at this location were helpful but my original reservation was for a larger truck in evergreen. They alerted me as I was leaving to pick up my truck that my size was not available. They sent me to this location with a much smaller truck, that resulted in 3 trips instead of one which was time consuming and frustrating. So 5 stars for Columbia falls but 3 for u haul

Robert WMy reserved truck was given away 1 hour before I was due to pick it up for my move. I even went to this site the day before to confirm that the truck was available. Spent the rest of my morning driving around trying to get another 20 foot truck, none available. Luckily , another dealer had a 15 foot truck available to help me with my move. I would not recommend the Evergreen u haul location!
