The process was so easy and hassle free! The pickup location was easy to find, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was extremely remote and hard to get transportation from. Also, the location was closed when I arrived. I wish I had chosen a better location to return the vehicle.

No issues with the drop off location staff. Very helpful and understanding. The issue encountered was; U-Haul logistics, wherever it was located, changed the drop off location the day I was scheduled to drop off the truck. This was a big inconvenience. I had to drive an additional 20 miles on top of the 40 miles I was expecting. During the drop off drive, I drove past at least 8 other U-Haul dealer locations that could not accept the truck. U-Haul at the level above this Dealer has limited concern for the customer and will most likely not give my review any regard.

They were not very friendly. Did not strap the car onto the trailer properly and when I stopped for gas both tire restraints had fallen off. Had to get a police officer and another patron at the gas station to help resecure the car on the trailer.

Location did not process my return properly and I was overcharged on my credit card and basically accused of steeling the truck.

The only person at this location that handles U-haul rentals was not there and had no cross training - so no one knew what to do or how to handle the process. Our reservation included a utility dolly and an appliance dolly. They did not have the appliance dolly available and offered no suggestion of where to get one. The truck and equipment we did get was in great shape.

Very easy drop off and friendly staff. Nothing I needed to do which felt a little uncomfortable but also easier than I expected.
