I rented a car dolly on a Friday night. Since the business was closed on the weekend I assumed I could return the dolly on monday morning. Not so I was told I had 24hrs, this doesent make any sence, but I complied but was concerned if someone stole the dolly after I turned it in, would I be liable for the cost of the dolly. Against my better judgement I dropped it off and sent a txt to the dealer it was returned on time. I dont like returning rentals if nobody is there to sign it back in. To improve the system a confirmation of some sort system should be available and after hours return should be addressed better.

We dropped the truck off Sunday early afternoon and they did not get it checked in until Wednesday afternoon. Then they charged us a five dollar cleaning fee and we dropped off the truck better than what we picked it up.

This location was slow / late to open. This location also said I dropped off the trailer late, except I dropped it off on 2/18. My birthday. I remember stuff like that. This location charged me for wrong dropoff. No. this is the location I told everybody I was going to drop it off. I have another Uhaul person, who I can contact, and he will confirm my Antlers Oklahoma drop off plan. So far, both locations of Uhaul corp. has screwed up. I will pay ONLY the amount I am due to pay. I will require an itemized list of charges, for the one way rental, early drop off, trailer insurance, and taxes... NOTHING MORE>

I can't speak for the actual building or people as they were closed at 12 on a Saturday. The app is the biggest problem. The phone service at this location is not the best. The app would not work and when I called support I was told I had to complete check in on the app or I may get charged $20 for them to check in. Well she's notated that we had brought it back a day early and said they may not charge us. Well we didn't get charged for that. But $15 for a cleaning fee?? Why it was cleaned out before I dropped it off and everything was out of it.
