I was not the one to drop off trailer, so I have no input.
THOMAS MI never rented a uhaul. Uhaul let someone else rent a truck in my name without my permission, without my knowledge, without even verifying ID. They had a rental contract in my name holding me responsible for someone else to rent and drive. It's upsetting

The only minor thing I would say about my experience was the Trailer itself was dirty from the previous user in my past experience. Usually, those things are already cleaned and taken care of ahead of time other than that the experience was good.

Not only are they affordable, everything ran beautifully and when we were forced to take an extra day due to a massive wreck closing the highway back, the owner understood and worked with us. I cannot recommend this Uhaul location enough! Great people and affordable rates. Made our nightmare move much less nightmarish and more like a silly stress dream. Merci.

JANESE PTruck was filthy. Check engine light was on. Steering pulled hard left. Transmission made grinding noises and lurched several times. Was less than 1/8th of a tank of gas at pick up.

Daniel CTruck had food in it, tire pressure warning light kept coming on, I called the guy and he said it was fine. The truck needs an alignment. I feel that I was extremely over charged! Ripped off. Was not happy the guy there. He was to look up best deal for my next rental, he said he'd call me back. That was at 2:00pm but he never called. I called him the next morning and he had no idea who I was and wanted me to tell him what it was about..too much to type. I was mad by the time I got off the phone!

Loyd FThe vehicle door wouldn't shut and leaked rain all over me due to it not sealing. The parking brake was broken and not usable. Had to find a way to chalk the tires every time I got out of the truck. The experience at the pick up location was good. What you should expect and they did great, but the uhaul company needs to maintain better service on their vehicles as this truck was practically brand new with 3k miles on it total. The brakes constantly smelled bad no matter what and the exhaust fumes filled thr truck for a full 3k mile trip. The gas tank looked like it had been punched with a drill and sealed with a thick silicone. I did not feel secure or safe in that vehicle and I am a truck driver for a living. Do better uhaul. This is a reflection of the uhaul company itself and should not be viewed as a poor experience from the B&B Rentals2999 S Santiam Hwy Lebanon OR 97355 as they did their job wonderfully.

Charles TWe were given the Airway Rd. drop off, but it no longer exists. The man at B&B said that it was his old site. I would recommend that you take it out of your system, so people don't try and find it when they're looking for a uhaul.

sue rWe had a great experience dealing with this location. The gentleman who helped us was very personable, efficient and helpful. Prior to renting our truck at this location, we had reserved a truck at a self-serve location in Lebanon and it was not a pleasant experience. We never could get the process completed.
