MICHAEL HEverything went very smoothly. Truck and auto-transport were hooked up ready to go upon my arrival. Only suggestion (not an issue) - maybe fill up the gas tank. Yes even if previous renter or someone along the way failed too. I would assume they got charged for it right? I had a 550+ mile drive ahead and starting on a full tank gets me going and further into my trip before any need to refuel. I had to return it at a weird slot between two lines just below 1/2 but not quite half. Point is, start full and return it full. Just easier, more convenient for the customer.
DANIEL CI was a little disappointed because I was quoted on price by Rita over the phone and gave her my card information, where I needed a truck for about an hour maybe an hour and a half. I get to the location to get the truck they have no record of my card in file and was charged $50 which was fine. But then a week later I was charged another $18 which I'm not sure what that was about. I think the rental process need to be explained properly upfront and not just surprising people later with other changes. Someone should have contacted me and said we are charging an additional fee of $18 for………. This is a great service but I just don't like the surprise extra charge without prior notice.

JACOB SThe truck was not clean. It need to be serviced as it ran like it needed oil and transmission fluid. It used a lot of gas which cost the customer.
BOBBY CVery smooth and quick pickup, I was greeted, helped out and checked out in under 15 minutes.

DESHIKA MThe wipers were old, when we picked up the truck we had a low tire and it was not addressed. We had to put air at every gas stop. Quite a bit of play in the steering wheel. Needed an alignment

GERALD NI called ahead just to be sure I could drop off my 5x8 trailer. They were friendly and found my reservation for the return and said bring it on over. I showed up and what looked to be the guy in charge directed me to an area where he disconnected the trailer from my truck and hand moved it to a spare space. He said everything looked good and asked how I wanted my receipt. Easy without getting my hands dirty. Thanks B&R tire service!

WILLIAM WI explained that I was not aware of a drop off time and the uhaul representative stated that I did not owe a fee and he would wave the late fee. I got a charge for the late fee + 8 dollars insurance + tax equal to about 32 dollars.

SYLVIA BExcellent service à la clientèle. Very quick and polite. Back of truck was not clean and had soda cans and dirt/broken glass that had to be cleaned out by us before we could load our furniture.

VALJEAN WWas quick in and out. They had the trailer waiting up front when we arrived. Plenty of boxes and a few other moving supplies in the store to choose from if needed.
RYAN MB&R tire has great customer service. Darrel went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure I had everything I needed on my schedule. He has great communication skills and very understanding with the customer needs. I highly recommend this location. It's all about the customers needs and not just giving you the equipment. They are going to make sure you have the right equipment for what you need done. Thank you B&R tire uhaul rentals
