Brendan CI paid using a cash app card which I use for regular banking. What was supposed to be a simple local move less than 20 miles 7 miles from the pick up location 7 miles to the location of the goods less than 0,3 miles of move and a drive back And I was charged for 5 gallons of gas as well as a double charged for gas. I was originally quoted at 39,99 for the charge of the move and somehow I had to pay $100 and I'm only getting four dollars back after the move. The truck was in perfect condition and I only used 21 miles total on a half empty truck at the time of pick up this was a terrible experience and I don't know how with the easiest move possible I ended up getting charged Almost the entire deposit.
Stunner T1. Do what you inform renters that you are going to do, such as contact you prior to your scheduled pickup regarding in what to do... 2. Answer the phone when you are called.

Latessa AWhen we arrived to pick up the rental the office was closed (Monday office closed), but the employee drove up at our 1:00 pickup time. It would have been nice to had known this upfront. The van was out front ready to go. We picked up an appliance dolly and 12 u haul blankets. The cab was clean, but the floor mats were dirty. But it had been raining. I did sweep out the back, but it was not too bad. Loaded and made it to our destination no issues at the drop off point.

Gabriel FThis location didn't open until 10:00 AM, we arrived right at 10:00 AM to pick up our truck. The gentleman that was onsite was not able to complete the transaction and give us the key for our rental. Apparently there was a reservation for another person picking up the same sized truck and he didn't know which truck to give us. He had to call someone else that wasn't onsite to inform them we were there to pick up our truck. The other person was not answering their phone, and the man was not able to leave a message due to the voice mailbox on their phone was full. The man tried calling for approx 30 min before the other person finally answered their phone. I would recommend using a different U-Haul location if possible, to me this was totally unacceptable. They knew well in advance we would be there to pick up the rental as it was reserved for this location several days prior. Very inconsiderate, and unprofessional!!
Myron LI left my auto keys in the rental truck and one of the employees allowed me to search the truck for my keys even though the shop was officially closed. I appreciated the service.

Matthew DThey could not have made it any easier. I showed up truck was ready keys were in it. I brought it back and they sent me the bill for the "actual" miles driven and charged me exactly what I should have been billed. I'm really glad I found BBS auto. I'll be using them again for sure.
Mark OThe place was poorly maintained however the problem I've had was they took extra money from my account without reason. We had a flat rate Uhaul but they took more money without reason.

Chris RI did not like the amount of stuff that the system expected me to do via smartphone. I realize that it's very efficient for your company but it's a minor hassle for me the customer. BBS Auto Sales was fine, and the guy I interacted with was very accommodating and friendly despite apparently not even being a U-Haul employee (?). I gave a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating because I would have preferred a better parking lot situation. The field with gravel worked okay but I wasn't thrilled with it.
Hunter SOverall the process was fine. However, the checkout process seemed to be a little bit of a hiccup doing it on the phone as I did multiple pictures and went to submit and then it stated it couldn't find my contract. Then I did other pictures and then it finally did go through. But yet the system never sent me my confirmation receipt for the final payment.

Jimmie WI hate U-Haul with a passion due to a past experience using them. I only rented from them again because I couldn't find any other competitor who offered enclosed trailer rentals and that's what I needed, otherwise I would not have used them. I would advise anyone to try to rent from someone else if possible. U-Haul has horrible customer service. In a prior truck rental experience, they bounced me around to several locations on a very hot day, wasted my time for half of a day and gave me a measly compensation for my misery and lost time.

Richard RRealizing that I booked online an hour before pick up time, the store wasn't staffed with someone to help as they were on lunch break. This seems to be a one man shop so in the best bet would be to use the online pick up and drop off process.
WADE CI paid for 3 dollies and pads however nothing was in the truck upon picking up. Had to go to Lowes to purchase a dolly and pads.James has a not on the business door to call with problems, however phone went to a voice mail box that was full of messages
Ronda AIt was odd when I showed up with the trailer at 1:28 PM local time and the facility was on a lunch break. So I called the number on the door and was told to drop off the trailer and text the trailer number. I sent some pictures, no confirmation was returned. So I had to ask if the return was "Good", I did receive a reply but it felt strange as compared to my earlier experience at pick-up location.

James RArrived Thursday at 10 am when they opened and was checked in and out by 10:10. They helped unhook trailer.
John SI was overcharged for mileage. I documented the mileage that I actually drove, and it's clear that this business is not properly updating the mileage data from previous renters
Anthony PI did a one check in and selected the $11 insurance. My pickup was for 10am but I was running behind due to work and didn't get to this location until almost 12. Well somehow my contract has no insurance. I was already in a rush and didn't read over the contract email before leaving location BUT I still have a copy of screenshot from when I did my online reservation. Needless to say the 30 min window after leaving with the trailer I missed out on verifying the insurance although I selected it online. I know it's my fault for not looking at contract before leaving with trailer but what's the point of doing online check in if everything will get screwed up upon picking up trailer…
