Get your scheduling correct. I was scheduled to do a pick up at 9am and the location doesn't even open till 10am. When I called and asked about the people that I talked to could t even guarantee that this location had the trailer I needed. Once the store opened and I was able to talk to someone on site she couldn't have been more wonderful. I will rent from her again but never another U-Haul location.

We unfortunately were given the wrong password to the lock box for the key. Very disappointing when you lose an hour on what's already a very long day and you are rushing because you are on a rental timeline. I had to sit on the phone with customer service for an hour in the middle of the parking lot, without my car because this location has no parking for you while you rent and there's only two hour parking. So in the middle of a lot on the phone with customer service… once the agent finally moved onto finding another truck I drove to the new location and he told me to go back to Bennetts and try another password. Wasting even more of my time. This definitely could have been avoided. Very annoyed with my latest uhaul experience.

I heard the conversation while i waitedy my turn. Some people are just lazy to return equipment once they are finished using it. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place.

DYLAN DThe door was locked went around front the girl said the owner was off for the day and she didn't know what to do. She said park it somewhere and put the key in it I said it was a trailer and she said so put the key in it. Then she said use the app which I did not have on my phone so I had to download the app so there was bad phone service so it took well over a hour I finally got checked out. This all happened with my sick wife in the motorhome. I'm heading back home to finish the sale of our home on the 19th and bring a load back sometime after that with the biggest U-Haul truck but I will not bring it back here.. this place sucks.

TED SI scheduled a pick up for 8am. And they didn't have it down. It took multiple phone calls and 2 hours till store opened at 10am to fix it. Even though, it was a computer problem, it was horrible. I had two of my kids who were doing moving for me. They took off work so they could help me. It was so inconvenient. I missed a drs appt.. ugh.. Honestly I really would appreciate a discount or some kinda of monetary reimbursement. It was such a headache.

Eric LThis was a local move. The door on the truck broke as soon as we opened it too unload. The store was not helpful at all in swapping out or providing help with roadside assistance. Waiting 90 minutes for help and another hour for repairs and was offered no credit. I will be moving the rest of my home in about 1 1/2 weeks and had planned to return to rent again but that definitely will not be happening. Very poor customer service

Cuauhtemoc jI picked my truck up outside of business hours and it wasn't ready, in spite of being told it would be. I waited an hour to talk to a representative of the store the trucks were at. Extremely dissatisfied with the fact I had moving to do and was an hour behind schedule. Would not use this location again for that reason.
