The lady at this location is very unfriendly and unkind. She was very rude and talked to us like we were dirt and an inconvenience. The young man who assisted her the day of pickup was very nice and helpful and acknowledged that she didn't have to act that way. When we returned the trailer, she basically yelled at us and her looks could have put us in the grave. She was not happy that we inconvenienced her that she had to stop what she was doing so she could open the gate so we could park the trailer. Will Not use this location again nor will we recommend it to anyone.

VLADO BClean the interior of truck previous renters spilled stuff in console area and floor was dirty with mud and dirt and there was trash in truck with mud in back. Was given wrong dolly which was inconvenient also.

Kyler HHas a locked gated entry. Had to shadow another person to drop the trailer inside a safe and secure area. Maybe just give me the code for the gate so I don't have to do it this way.
TIMOTHY CWas not thrilled about the surprise 15 dollar charge for insurance that they said was mandatory. Seems like the website should have mentioned that instead of giving me the choice to refuse it. Bait and switch.

Lara LThe inside of the Uhaul was clean but there was damage to the outside driver side. The breaks were not as good as expected. When I went to return the truck there wasn't adequate parking for the truck nor was there a key drop box. I wasn't able to speak to anyone to find out when a refund for unused miles would be credited back to my debit card. I have used this facility before and was pleased. Hope this was just an off day for the company.

CHRISTOPHER RIn addition to a wiring harness, what other equipment can and should be provided with a trailer for renters to have on hand to fix themselves instead of waiting for roadside assistance? There was no trailer stand in case I needed to separate from trailer with full load.
PETER PThe truck was dirty behind the seats and I didn't realize it until after I started driving it. I also should be expecting a $100 deposit returned to me but apparently not. The price stated 442 when i first reserved this and changed to 527 then asked for a deposit of $100 but on the receipt it shows nothing about a deposit. You guys fuck around too much with peoples money and i wont be using you guys anymore

MICHAEL WThe lady who rented the tow dollie to us was short with us. I asked about getting my military discount, she said responded quickly saying it was to late she had already did my card transaction but that was not true. And refuse to give me my discount. She was not even friendly from the time we entered the place she only asked us 2 questions in pulling up our reservation and that was it. I have rented from the location on many occasions but this was the first visit where we were not treated as a customer of concern.

CHRISTOPHER NPoor service, they did not check out the vehicle until after I left, and then there was a discrepancy on what they said the fuel was in the vehicle. I stopped to make sure that I filled it up above the point it was when I picked it up. They tried to charge me extra!

JIMMIE MDo not allow the next client to speak with U-Haul rep that locates a vehicle. If it weren't for Cheyenne I wouldn't have been taken care of. I got there with my reservation and my truck hadn't been returned. It only got better after Cheyenne called her supervisor. So thank you to Cheyenne for going the extra step!!!!

lisa mI had no help to disconnect trailer. Very hard on an older man. One woman at location and she was overwhelmed. She did not get out of her chair in the office. I don't know what people do if they couldn't unhook themselves. Then it took her a hour to check me in.

Byron BI drove from Atlanta to TN , TN to Hot Springs, AR. Joanie was working the desk and was handling a client issue over the phone and immediately welcomed me and was very efficient in helping me with my trailer rental. I blinked after backing up my Denali pickup and she had dropped the latch and was hooking me up. This location is great and all the staff were awesome-Joanie was going above and beyond BEFORE she knew I drove 9 hours over night. That to me is incredible as I do not expect 'special treatment' because I drove far but someone who treats all clients like gold is a keeper to me ! Thanks again Joanie and Blue Sky !
