Good treatment and the vehicle has proven to be efficient, strong and stable.
HUSAM AI was sent to this location as a result of my reservation at the Joy rd. location not being honored. The previous user extended his usage after my reservation was made. The error caused me to be late to my planned event.

The rental and return process was quick, and easy. I am completely satisfied with the service I received from builders hardware U-Haul.

Manuela MI had false charges charged to my account the next day.. they said I dropped it off at 10am the next day when in reality I dropped it odd a hour and a half later and they over charged me for gas so I had to spend my time calling and dealing with and I had to send pics of the gas before and after, thank God I had the pics otherwise it would have been my word against theirs. I've never had a good experience with uhaul in my life..

PETER MSeveral lights on the dashboard including tire monitor and airbags… the wheel felt like it was going to fall off when reaching 55 mph. The staff prolonged the paperwork and sent me outside with no one there to assist as told it would be… the knobs to adjust the heat did not work so it was either super cold or super hot. The location is not well maintained… they charged me extra and I put OVER the amount of gas than when I rented the U-Haul. No adjustments or customer service, just a "I wouldn't let you drive it if it was unsafe." This location is a joke…

Islamic CNot very clear communication I needed the vehicle for a longer time but was told to return it by 8am. When I got there he says it didn't need to be back until another reservation at 1pm
Tanganyka HI activated the mileage trip counter before I started my rental. When I returned the mileage counter was at 11,1 miles total. He said I drive 12,7 miles. When I attempted to question it he just repeated it with a forceful emphasis and said "you drove 12,7 miles, have a nice day"! They are rude and dismissive. Will not rent there again.

Timothy TI reserved a unit at a different location. I was told the day before I was supposed to pick up my reserved unit, that there were NONE AVAILABLE! I had to go to the above location, which was 25 minutes away from my route, and get a larger trailer than I needed. This resulted in my need to find a local car service garage to help me change the height of my hitch to accommodate the larger trailer I was forced into using. When I reserved a 5x8 size unit, it SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT THE LOCATION where I made the reservation! I will not use your business again. Terrible customer service and support. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
