However, I had to rent a bigger truck and paid more than what I was expecting.

Toby WTrust was backed in by the woods. If it had rained anymore then I would have been stuck. Key was hard to get out of the lock bus. Would have much rather went to the location that was my choice instead of being given another location.

brian mThis comment is not a reflection on the location but the app to get the truck checked out didn't work as advertised. The get my truck feature didn't show up and I had to call the help line which meant I had to stand in a Uhaul lot waiting on hold forever. The other thing is they should let you put in your three ID requirements ahead of time. Having your Drivers License and Passport in a vacant lot trying to take pictures of them is crazy. Having to wait for them to call a friend is also stupid.

David SThe pick up process through the app was time consuming and horrible. We arrived late for pick up not knowing that we wouldn't be able to pick up the truck through the app. Nowhere in the instructions for pick up does it mention this. We wasted over an hour waiting to speak to someone over the phone and was not able to get our truck until 1,5 hours after our pick up time. This needs to be stated more clearly.

One Uhaul place kept putting me on hold I called there by accident thought it was another one on Concord Parkway was glad I did cause I also had some furniture that he could use because I was gonna put it on the curb because every place I called was gonna charge me to come get it so it turned out for the Better.

Cameron TExcellent customer service at this location, just had an issue with gas tank not being full and still getting charged for gas at turn in. Not a pick up location issue, but would have liked to not been charged for fuel after we filled an empty truck up.

Penelope LIt was a Sunday and the company was closed, After struggling with the App, The owner was actually showed up right on time to assist me with returning the truck. Again the system to return was not helpful. An error message was sent every time I tried to login The owner was pleasant!.
Angelee AThis is where the U-Haul employee noticed the tire immediately and called to have it replaced that same day, you guys are responsible for my losses and he even stated that, my car was not even strapped during the tine he was unhooking it, due to the tire and bumpy drive.
