PUT THE KEY IN THE BOX. I had not key in the box of the uhaaul I rented. Had to call customer service waited over an hour for assistance because of incompetent workers at this location who did not put the key in the box

The front of the truck was splattered with dirt everywhere. It didn't negatively affect my move, and the truck worked well, so no biggie.

CHRISTIAN AI don't know if it was stated but, if it was, it needs to be in a much larger font and bolded. All the pick-up and drop-off work is extremely time-consuming and I hadn't accounted for that. It makes sense that it needs to be done but that's not where my brain is at when I'm reserving a truck.
ROSE MI had a good overall experience. There was a water bottle between the chairs with what I think were brown napkins in it between the 2 front seats when I first got in. I wasn't sure what it was and I didn't touch it, so I left it there.

Jose SI'm disputing the fuel and the pads that was charged to my account. Why I'm doing all the work as the owner collects on dishonesty or error. There no reason for me to lie about a rental which help me out. I refilled the tank and was told something different invoice. The pad charges is what took it over the edge. What's that supposed be?
MARK AI would of rated them excellent but I was charged a fuel fee and I brought the truck back with more gas then I left with and have a picture to prove it.

Tarita MMaybe have the right key to the reserved truck in the assigned lock box and better customer service. Beyond annoying and frustrating when you're trying to get a move done by a certain time and you end up dealing with these issues. Then uhaul had me on hold for like 20 mins I ended up hanging up. Luckily I called the towing company and the guy that works there was able to get me the right key after opening several different lock boxes!

DIANA HYour app sucks. I reserved a truck for 9am to pick up with app. I received confirmation text and email. I show up a little late to pick up truck and app won't let me. Luckily place was open. They tell me my reservation was cancelled because I was late. That is ridiculous. I get the truck and within a mile of place I get pulled over by police. Officer tells me license plate is not in their system. Luckily he didn't give me a ticket. I call place and they say they will contact corporate and will get back to me. Girl calls me 10 minutes later and tells me it's fine. IT WAS NOT FINE ACCORDING TO THE POLICE !!!

Because I had to come all the way back. For a Handtruck that I rented. And what we love was he even put it in the back of the van. I will rent from this company every time. I just told my friend that live right up the street about using them. Merci

Daphnee GI needed to drop off the vehicle at a different location and was told i had to return to the origional location and had to pay the extra miles. There were no warnings i was renting a local only truck. The truck was also old with no backup camera. There was also equipment in the way (hand truck and blankets) i did not want to be there. I couldnt move them because they were sealed to the wall
