My drop off location was changed in the middle of me dropping it off to the location on my contract , causing me gas and inconvenience. I called uhaul and was transferred 4 times which no one had a clue or could answer why , however the last one advised me to go to the new location so I wouldn't get charged an extra fee. Why would I be charged a feee for something not in my control and how could my location randomly be changed without consent ?
