This place is closed on the weekend but you simply use the self drop off tool that U-Haul will text you the link to watch the video. And then you just go into the U-Haul app and you have your account set up already, and you use the self-return option. I myself was a little bit uncertain about what to do when I saw that the place was closed. But you will see many trucks and trailers in the lot, you just park next to a truck or trailer and then you will open your U-Haul app and hit self return. Return you will take four or five pictures and then unhook or leave your truck there and that's it. They will charge your card and away you go.

The 24/7 pickup is horrible. Nowhere does uhaul tell you that you need three people on standby to verify your ID. Nor does it tell you a passport would work. Could've brought one. I'll never do that dumbass check in again.

Excellent service à la clientèle. The truck was not a smooth ride at all. I couldn't go above 30 mph. Advised location when I was driving home from location. Called back again one truck was loaded.

It's really important to have the requested truck size available at the location agreed upon at the time someone books with UHaul. I was very disappointed when I got a phone call telling me that I needed to pick up my truck an hour away from my house. That was very inconvenient! Instead, I was only given the option to get the next smallest truck, which didn't fit all my stuff. I think UHaul should have at least offered me a trailer to compensate the difference of the truck.

Average overall facility My scheduled return time was noted at noon, even though I had called "traffic" to report that was an error, and it should have been 2pm. I had to wait on hold forever, but got it cleared-up.

only wish I could have dropped off in Tucson rather than make a 150 mile round trip to drop off the trailer. Over3, the rental experience was fine

I'd suggest having the requested vehicle available or calling to let the customer know before arrival. The people we worked with were friendly and accommodating though.
