Drop off location was closed at time of drop off so did not deal with anyone.

DEWAYNE JTwo weekends in a row, we reserved equipment. The first weekend we were contacted on July 4th that two pieces of equipment were not available. We could drive an hour one way and get it the day we were moving or just downsize. Had we been contacted the day before, we could have driven and gotten the trailer we needed. This led to us having to rent a truck the next weekend. We were contacted the day before after 5 pm that the Jonesboro location did not have any sized truck for us. Remember, we have reserved these in advance. We had to go to Newport and get the truck which is 45 minutes one way. I do not see the point in reservations, if the equipment is not going to be available the day you need to move. This move across the state has been very stressful and Uhaul did not help that stress level. Thank the good lord for mobile pickup and drop off.

Robert SI reserved a '26 truck, but when I showed up to pick up the truck, they told me they didn't have any '26 foot trucks. Despite there being two on their lot. They said they couldnt rent me those because they had to stay in town. I had to spend 2 hours going to get another truck, at another location. I would never recommend u-haul to anyone.

Perry WU-Haul rental pickup was not at the location I made reservations at. When I went to drop off in Newport at 11pm there was no key drop box has to call U-Haul stayed on hold for 40 minutes and was told to leave under floor mat. Very aggravating when you've been moving all day & ready to go home.

James RThis was the worst experience I have ever had in my life when I got to the location they said that they were closed I thought I had a reservation set up for this location they blamed it on the manager being sick and had to go to the hospital if that’s the case they should have had a replacement person to run the Business then once I got here was able to finally get a truck I also ordered a tool to carry one of my cars they wanted me to put the tool on myself which I was not experienced never ever experienced anybody telling me to take that risk to hurt others on the road after that I get the U-Haul and once I decided to turn it in a day early because I didn’t need it the lady that runs the U-Haul place in Pakistan refuse to answer her phone do you have company in Louisville told me that I should’ve never been charged a deposit and that he could not refund me for the towing equipment He stated that they should’ve taken it off of my order in Arkansas this is the worst experience I have ever had they have over $200 of my money and they’re not yet returned it

But it was a real let down when I went to drop off the uhaul cause I was charged for the extra day even though they said multiple was given to me. And for that I lost my cash deposit and still had to pay extra. The whole experience was so bad, I'd recommend someone else. Sorry Uhaul but you've lost my business.

kathleen sIf they were actually open the process would have been significantly simpler. However, the website said they were even when they weren't. It lead to quite a few hurdles and make the process extremely frustrating. I also never received a confirmation call the day before.

JORGE LI had to drive almost an hour out of my way to get a truck I requested. Even though I put in for the truck weeks in advance to make sure I had one where I needed it. Then the day before I was to pick it up I was called saying there were none and if I wanted the truck I woild have to drive the hour to get it. And that there was no way to get it brought to me. If someone sets fpr a truck in advance it should be there when they scheduled it.

Emily HMy reservation was for Monday, July 9th at 5:00 pm. Went to pick up my UHaul and place is not open on Monday at all. How would the Olathe office not know the Newport office is not even open on Monday? It doesn't even open until 11:00 am Tuesday thru Saturday. Not even an hour into my 6,5 hour trip the air conditioning stopped working in the truck. Do not plan to use UHaul ever again.
