JAHAN KMinor issue - The windshield was dirty and streaked on the inside. I did not realize until the sun was shining in the window. The move was 5 hours east. Everything else was excellent and in great shape.

GLENN KI use this location 6-10 times a year and won't want to use any other. Everything goes without a hitch to phrase a coin. The management is top notch with professionalism, kindness, and really care about their product and work. Hoping we can coexist another 10 to 15 years longer!

David HWorkers are kind and knowledgeable. The only reason not giving 5 stars is that I cannot use the app check in for this location. I've tried several times now and it always ends up making me go inside to finalize. This takes extra time to do that I thought I could avoid when it allowed me to check in through the app. Please mark this location as not being able to check in on app since it never lets you.

JESSLYN BThe staff at this location are top shelf! I thought I had an issue with the trailer so the team at this location went out of their way to find another trailer. The location that had the trailer was going to be closed the next day so the team at this location drove a truck to pickup the trailer. They spent time with me to test the brake lights on the trailer and we determined it was on my truck. Great staff…rent from this location!
Robert UTruck was not clean when I got it. When I rented this truck I had i wasn't able to return it by the time allotted because the truck had gotten stuck in the mud and ice twice because rear wheel vehicles SUCK in West Virginia. by the time we had gotten it unstuck and I was able to call uhaul they were closed at cheat lake storage so that I could tell them what was going on I dont think I should be charged 2 days because I got stuck in a situation on accident. I have a video of us when we were stuck to show it. Can't upload the video says it's too big of a file but can email
Danielle JWe originally wanted a closer location but the truck wasn't available so we were sent to this location - we were given 25 extra miles - that's great., The customer service representative at the location was excellent! She was organized and helpful. The truck was already turned around and in front of the entrance (due to snow some areas of the parking lot were difficult to navigate.)

HERBERT SI rented a truck drove a few miles up the road, loaded the truck and went a few more miles down the road and the transmission came out. This was not the issue the issue came when I called the place I picked up the truck to have them bring us a different truck so we could have the guys switch over and be on our way. We was told they don't do that and that truck had been rented out and ran fine that morning so, I thought maybe it was the towing button and tried driving it again as they suggested. I did this and had the absolute worst experience of my life. Forty mph for about ten miles to the closest town. Transmission slipping, burning and at one point a huge bang. We tried to pull into a parking lot and the truck would not move, left us stuck side ways in the road. After it sat for a bit it finally moved. We had to get a ride back to the same uhaul dealer to pick up another truck after roadside assistance sat it up. We finally got the truck reloaded and made it on our way four hours later. When I returned the truck the next day they the truck had been sent out in the wrong persons name and couldn't give me my mileage money back because they didn't know how too. Someone from roadside said they would call me and not a thing.
