Donald DThe young employees that checked in the trailer were rude. It was the end of the day and they complained about having already put up the " golf cart" that they used to ride around the property and reminded us that " you will have to unload your vehicle before we can check in the trailer" and " you will have to wait at 20 minutes before we can provide you with a receipt". We didn't.ind the wait but they obviously did. I thanked them and apologized to or catching them at the end of their day. They also drove the truck recklessly to park the trailer in another area of the property with our household items still inside.

CHRISTOPHER DDemanded I return trailer, when i explained my contract they said they have never heard of that. I told them to bad. But I did return it latter in the day. Location is not a good place to drop off a trailer as there is not room to turn it sucks. I will never ever choose to drop off there again or use this place for any reason.

BRIAN HI reserved an appliance dolly online and when I arrived they didn't have it. It took an extra two hours out of my day to drive across town and get one from another uhaul location.

Rebecca WWhen I turned in the truck, the employee stood there and just watched me fold 12 blankets, not even offering to help, and only commented that if they weren't folded that I would be charged more, which I already knew. I turned the trick in almost 2 hours before it was due, and it's not like they were busy.
