This particular location was hands down the best customer service, polite, knowledgeable and facility cleanliness over any Uhaul facility I have used, good job people!
RANDY PWanted to return the truck to a different location because they said there was no room for the return, despite this location being confirmed when I rented. After voicing my displeasure with this situation, it turns out there was room for the return. I can only speculate why they wanted me to bring the return to a different location.
TERRY KThe U-haul location was closed due to the May long-weekend. I was not able to go over the drop-off process with the staff.
Michael GThe debit/master card option did not work. That was a troublesome work around. And if If i picked up on a Sunday. When no one is working, I'm not sure I would of gotten a truck that day. Considering I dnt have another credit card. But the ladies were great, it wasn't there fault. And they resolved it in a quick manner.

MICHELLE HMake sure to take a picture of fuel tank , it was only 3/4 when got truck so I only filled to 3/4 was charged for a full tank. Mileage charge is very expensive. Customer service in Florida were very accommodating.
JULIE OThe instructions for return was "call ahead of drop off". When I called, there was no answer. It was prior to the posted closing time. I left a message and someone did call me back that evening. I am confused as to who called but it was not from the return location. Maybe UHaul head office. Nice guy but couldn't help much. He gave me the same number I had called in the first place. By this time, the office was closed.

Carl HUpon arrival, the truck I rented was dirty on the outside and inside. The cabin had garbage inside it and the cup holders were sticky/grimy. The outside was dirty and the windshield was covered in bug guts. The truck was missing nearly all of my rented extras. The business stated they are too busy to handle the cleaning and rental equipment for each and every truck that comes through but upon arrival they were sitting around and chatting/sweeping the sidewalks.

Travis FSuper easy to check in and get truck. Was able to park my car at their location while I used the truck. Very clean vehicle and not issues on the road.
Laura PTell them verbally that there is no guarantee for the size of truck or the location that they will have for their move day! I had to get rid of cupboards, cabinets, lawn furniture and my dog house because I booked a 26' truck and ended up with a 20' truck and I had to go to the next town a half hour away to pick the truck up! Then I found out that the small print says this may happen!

Margot HSuggest a full tank at pick up and drop off policy. Current policy leads to potential overpayment as one brings the vehicle back with just more fuel as previously received as to not receive a penalty. Thanks for your great service and Team

coreen rI found my whole experience poor. I thought they were closed on Sundays and that's why I had to rent it for 2 days. It was by accident I found out they were open so I could return the trailer I was 1/2 hour late so they charged me for 2 days. When I picked the trailer up no one did a walk around but sure wanted to when I returned it
ERIC TThe Uhaul location at u lock storage is bar far one of the best facilities I have visited . Theyre so nice and were quite accommodating both times I had to keep the truck and trailer later than I reserved for. I cannot thank them enough for being there when I needed a hand .
Jennie JAllowing customers to return units with a half full fuel tank is wrong. Ask for full. That way when I pick up the unit and use it I just have to fill it to the auto shut off at the pump. A much fairer system.

Cline GThe Van was great. but it was not vacuumed inside it seems for there was cat hair all over the seats so we had to vacuum and clean back area for there was plaster dust everywhere so it could have been cleaned better for us. Otherwise am very happy and would rent from you again, thank you
