I had arranged to pick up the vehicle going through the counter. I go to the gas station counter and I was told to use the app. Upon returning the vehicle I was told to close out my transaction through the app. The following day I receive a text to call U-Haul in reference to my late return! I returned the vehicle in less than two hours of acquiring it. I had completed my return through the app. I was provided a code to return the key in the lock box and also uploaded the picture of the mileage and fuel gauge. I call and sit on hold for over 6 minutes before speaking with someone who after I explained the details they said they would call me back but never did. I did receive e-mail of the completed receipt.

Was over charged. Original bill came to 66 then when a claim was submitted for the truck having low tire pressure on pick up the charge went to nearly 100

The location I picked up from said it was in store pickup but it was self pick up only, I spent roughly 40 minutes speaking with the help desk and spoke with three separate parties to try to get it working.

Gas station had the key elsewhere delaying my pickup process, van was dirty.

Getting that code and that key out the box was horrible it took way longer than it should have I put more gas into the truck than I paid to rent the truck and I shouldn't have because I only went 22 miles truck needs a serious tune up and the brakes are not that good

The app/ website was hard to log onto to get our equipment, so I had to wait in the store for the clerk to do it for me- he had other customers and made me wait while he did transactions and slowly waited for his computer to process my transaction. The truck smelled very strong of marijuana and cigarettes smoke. The floor had sand piled up on it and there was trash in the passenger door. If my information was in the app faster, I would've been out of there faster. Even getting it back to store, the app didn't work fast and I ended up just putting key in lockbox and hoping it would get logged in (which eventually it did) the location was convenient, but the process and cleanliness of truck were not- I will use a different location next time

It took me 15 minutes to go through the process of checking in because the app would ask for a photo, I would provide the photo, then it would delete that photo and ask for it again. I tried to upload pictures of the condition of the truck at pick up but the button to confirm the images wouldn't do anything so I just gave up trying.

The location wasn't really equipped to handle uHaul customers. It's a busy convenience store and they made me wait for them to serve every single customer, even those who came in after me, before they would assist me.

They didn't even come look at the truck then charged me a cleaning fee. Truck was dirty at pick up.

Cabin was full of the little cockroaches so the truck is not being cleaned regularly

The store owner was rude and unhelpful. I was patiently waiting while he helped other customers and when I asked for the key he yelled that he couldn't give it to me for 30 mins. I then showed him the mobile screen that said "ask for the key". Only then did he find it. He also tried to tell me they didn't have a dolly, which I said I paid for one and truly need it to move. He magically found one in the back and told me I was impatient and to "just get out." I will never use this location again.

I was in a pinch and had a tight time frame,. Only one truck was available, the front top corner driver's side of the roof was smashed and a towel shoved in to attempt a fix.hadnt been swept.

The owner of the store was very nice. Just don't like the fact you have no privacy when picking up the truck. Giving your personal information out aloud & customers in the store. Not a good idea but overall everything else was good.

If the customer is getting a dolly inform them that the truck they are getting does not have a ramp. Answer the phone number that is provided. Do not charge triple the rental amount discussed.

Cancelled our reservation on us. Didn't have the furniture dolly and was still charged for it after they stated they would take it off the bill.

The process was seamless. I was so impressed with the easy step by step instructions.

Have storage area swept out thoroughly. The guy that checks in the vehicles told me the truck was there for a few hours but he hadn't gotten around to checking it in. That caused a great delay with us.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I could not tell if the clerk was untrained, incompetent or both. He had not ability to work the computer on either the check out or check in, and was left alone on the check in day.

Only one employee, taking care of busy store clients plus uhaul dispatch. Almost an hour, to get out of there. Sad, but nice guy.
