ELIS AThe rental vehicle was mostly clean but still very filthy inside and out. The office where I had to go in and get the keys and sign for the vehicle was disgusting. This location should not be what U-Haul as a company approves. This doesn't say much for the company if they allow this kind of business to be ran from a location like this.

Jose BThe tow dolly left tail light did not work after we reconnected the unit from grabbing lunch. So we took it to the Rt #11 U-Haul dealer and had them dismantle and reconnect the tail light which had become disconnected.
RICKY RYour 6x12 cargo trailer extremely dangerous when it comes hooking or unhooking up to your vehicle the trailer is extremely heavy and does not have a tongue jack attached none of your 6x12 cargos do. The trailer weighs 2000 lbs empty. Alot of times there is only 1 person working at these places and sometimes they even ask customer for help if a customer get hurt loading or unloading one of these trailers you could have serious injury and cost uhaul alot of money Please put tongue jacks on the 6x12 cargo

Jorge PThe U-Haul website is not very intuitive when renting a vehicle at a remote site (compared to site where a representative is readily available). The site seems to be more suited to users who have a laptop or desktop. Much of the Q & A don't fit on the screen, and if you make a mistake; going back is kludge. In my case I had to call the UH phone for assistance. (Which was, very good, by the way). Still, it took me nearly an hour to check my vehicle out to take off the property.

Braeden GI filled the gas above the three quarter mark one tenth of a mile from the drop off location and was charged $17,1 for four gallons of gas. When I picked up the truck it had a little less than three quarters of gas in the tank.

SOFIA BKey was not left in pick up box, took me over an hour to get someone inside to open the door n give me the keys, then they tried to charge me double for a rental...
Jessica PThey were having internet issues so it took 30-40 minutes to pick up the truck. Picked truck up with 1/4 tank.
