Everyone, including the other renters, was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The items we stored there were kept safe and moisture free until our return several months later. We highly recommend using their facility.

Showed up to move out, front door broken and wide open, fans were set up on every isle, all carts are about to fall apart. After clearing out my unit, near the back where my sectional couch was, I found MOLD all over the cushions, the leather, my recliner was coved in mold. Had the office Lady come take pictures of everything, only for her to tell me "I'm not sure if they will do anything for you" call me Monday. I'm moving into my new home and now I have no living room furniture... all I want is to be reimbursed for my loss to purchase something to sit on. The worst storage place, DO NOT STORE HERE!

I wouldn't recommend this location due to the lady giving my personal phone number and name out. I thought it was very unprofessional and tacky. However , she could have contacted me herself I would have excepted it better but instead she gave a local business my name and number. I wouldn't send anyone there to deal with her.

I was from out of town and I had to jump through hoops to get this u haul. I have rented before here in Buffalo and I hen I was in Gulfport Why couldn't they look up the information instead of trying to find people home so they can call and verify who I am. The day I picked up the u haul took over an hour just to drive off the lot.

U-Haul and Climate Safe are doing great, I can not think of any suggested improvements.

Considering this location was the 3rd Uhaul location claiming to have the trailer I needed but the first two did not, it was great. We were set back an hr. driving around to multiple locations after making online reservations, only to find out they did not have the trailer we had reserved. Not only that, the other trailers that would have been options, were never checked in, so we could not change the reservation to grab a 6x12 instead of a 5 by 8. This was extremely frustrating to in the pouring rain while trying to make a time schedule. We finally had to call the U-haul helpline and get a representative to assist us in locating a trailer and checking it out with no one on the grounds. Climate safe was awesome during the return it was still raining the next morning and a gentleman came out with an umbrella and helped me unload and check in. Thanks to the dude with the sweet beard!

this location and employee is horrible! facility is dirty and dingy. need a tetanus shot just to go there. employee is rude and would not help when we broke down 5 miles away from picking up the truck. worthless!

Reservation was for 9am when the place opened. We got there and there was no one there. Contacted U-Haul to see if they could get in touch with anyone to which they could not. Workers finally showed up around 930am. Service was extremely poor. We got done early with the truck and returned it within business hours but once again we were not was able to get a hold of anyone and once another customer let us enter the gate behind them we found out the office was empty and no personnel and doors were locked. Overall this has been the worse experience with UHaul and I will not recommend this place to anyone to use but as a recommendation to stay far away from it.

Truck share 24/7 was a miserable experience that required a phone call for both pick up and drop off as the app did not pick up my location (despite having permission to do so) and I could not log into my account to drop off. The phone calls totaled 40 minutes, far exceeding what one would expect for picking up and dropping off a rental.

Waited about 45 minutes after our pick up reservation due to no one being in the office, they sent me out of the way to pick this truck up and costed me way more money, seems like a money grab, I asked for a mileage credit and was told no by U-Haul customer service, I would rate my experience a 5 out of 10, the truck however was in good shape and performed well.

Great place. I used mobile pick up but still had to get the keys for the truck from an employee. I paid for a dolly and did not receive one. I thought it would be in the back of the truck but it wasn't. To I'mprove for the next customer make sure the customer has everything they paid for and agreed upon before letting them leave with the truck.

This location does not need improvements. They had ample inventory. They were the only location near me that had a car carrier available on short notice.

I go to turn in the keys at 1pm out on break so where is the other help? I go to turn the keys in again at 4pm because the place closes at 5pm but the owner or whoever he is is at the gate after I pull up to the place of business leaving to go home. I catch him at the gate to tell him I'm trying to turn in a Uhaul and he takes the key and says I'll send you a email Sunday morning. Like what?

The uhaul itself wasn't bad but the mileage was just so expensive. It was a local move and the mileage alone for me to move my belongings cost more than $100 because I had to make a few trips back and forth

Reserved a trailer and hand truck. Upon arrival on a Sunday was told they do not have hand trucks. Made moving very complicated when other uhaul dealers were closed. otherwise a very good experience and professional staff.

Ease of renting was great. However, the self return after hours need work. The after hours portal does not communicate or perform a handshake with the system.

The young man that helped me was THE nicest and most helpful associate. He helped with unloading car from trailer(ground guide skills great!) and provided a quick and efficient turn in process while helping 3 other customers at the same time all with a smile on his face and great attitude.

If future customers are served by the young man at Climate Safe named Daryl, they are indeed fortunate. He did an excellent job from beginning to end and was a 100 % improvement over staff that worked there a few years ago. The highest commendation to him and your company for the excellent equipment. I was very pleased with the enclosed trailer's quality and performance. It rode so smoothly and securely behind a Mercedes ML 350 that there was not one moment of concern about it. Thanks for making a 2,400-mile haul go so well.

I was out of town for six month and I left all my two bedroom apartment furniture at the storage (climate controlled). I just came back from my trip and I found everything in perfect conditions. I absolutely recommend this storage and the prices are very reasonable.

The owner was unwilling to provide receipts for charges and became verbally abusive when receipts were requested each month. He said it was too much work and terminated our lease. I would advise anyone looking for a storage unit to steer clear of this one. There are many options in the area with professional staff that can work their accounting systems.

All went well until the roof collapsed on our unit (after a rain). The owner had workers move our items to another unit and said they'd dried that got wet. Several months later we moved back into our renovated house and found a box containing a series of art books (with portfolios of each artist's work) had been left wet and were covered in black mold. To say we are devastated is an understatement.

This was the best storage facility we have ever dealt with! Ms. Donna and Mr. Greg were the most kind and professional staff members we have come across. We would definitely recommend using Climate Safe, D'Iberville location, to anyone needing storage or haul.

Disappointed that proration of time when leaving the unit(s) was not honored as proration of time when moving in to the unit(s)...thus allowing a storage unit to collect double rent...having dollies and hand carts available was a big plus for moving items...and being a U-Haul dealer is also quite convenient...

Lori has been great over the years. I am finally moving all my things to Nashville and no longer need the storage room but if I'm ever back on the coast, I will use them again.
