PORSHA DI was charged more than quoted. I had requested a handtruck and received a flat dolly I did not need. We had to rent a handtruck elsewhere as they were closed, but I was still charged for it. I would not recommend. Charge the price you quote!

Stephen GThe vehicle was clean. The tires needed to be balanced. It was so bad that you could not take two hands off the wheel. The storage part leaked during the rain we drove in and everything on the right side floor was wet. It was a good thing we had blankets down on the floor for most of the wooden furniture that soaked up list of the water or it would have been irreparably damaged.

Daniel LCoastal Motors is a great place for U-Haul 24x7 and it was convenient for me and my family.
FRANCIS SI was charged a fee when I returned the truck. Probably for gas. But I sent a picture when I got the truck. It was on empty. We left it with more gas than it had when we picked it up

TONI RNo place to park the truck as its in a crowded parking lot where a few car repair shops are located. I parked in between a row of 2 vehicles. Fortunately i parked in an area which allowed someone getting their Uhaul truck out of their space because I had already put my vehicles keys in a drop box as this place didnt open until 10am and it was about 8am. If I had parked less than 10 feet in another direction those people would have been boxed in.

TERRY BIt was easy to find, the refrigerator dolly was nice and we needed the 24 hours. Only thing I don't really understand is, you are getting the dolly as you are renting the truck.
Billy MLocation was great, customer service was wonderful. But the PRICE was insane. It came out to 330$ to rent for 48 hours. When they advertise 19,99 a day plus mileage, which I stayed in town with the rental, I thought that was way too much.

MICHAEL DThis location was kind of unprofessional. Nowhere to park the car, and they didn't rent out the 9' van at the booked time of 8:30 because their office hours didn't start until 10am. When I asked where I could park my car for the day they sent me to a different location across the street to a shoe store. When I asked the shoe store owners if they knew this uhaul location was telling the customers to park here, they said they weren't aware of people parking there for uhaul renters.

George WCoast Motors was EXCELLENT and the people who work there SAVED US from not getting into our truck due to the absolutely WOPRTHLESS APP!!! We were unable to get the APP to work. along with at least 5 other customers who also were locked out of their vehicles due to the inability of the app to work. I was on the phone waiting for UHAUL customer service for over 45 minutes in the broiling sun trying to get assistance. Luckily, the Coast Motors owners arrived to open their store and immediately solved my problem, after nearly 2 hours of trying to get the app to work. DO NOT rent during hours that the store is not open if you want to have a smooth move. UHAUL APP IS CRAP!
NAncy HCoast motors was great, once it was open and staffed. The U Haul app is a non-functional disaster that wasted an hour of my time that morning. Y'all need so start over on that piece of crap.
David QI tried to always use coastal for my return vehicle of the people running. This are very professional and I've gotten to know them. They are extremely helpful and polite.

George DThe app is very difficult to use. The reservation was in our daughter's name (which was incorrect and had been clarified when booking with the person on the phone). It took and 1 1/2 to get the uhaul checked out with the app.
Steve SHave the trailer where it's was supposed to be picked up. I had to go to 3 locations to find it.
Eric OThe whole experience seemed disorganized. The 15' Uhaul truck seemed okay on visual inspection, but while driving, the side mirror on the passenger's side kept shifting out of view every hour or so, getting worse as the trip went and making it dangerous to drive.
lauren pI was charged $140 extra than the estimated cost. This particular location is running up the charges and I think it's unacceptable. I was charged a $50 cleaning fee because there were some leaves in the truck. They also took pictures of the gas gauge at an angle that makes the needle look lower. I only drove it 4 miles! I will not be doing business with this vender again and I would keep a close watch on complaints for this location. I filed a dispute so will see how that goes.

Stephen CI got ripped off by U-Haul. The price for the rental went from around $30 to my final bill of $215 with charges for cleaning and extra fuel in there. The fuel was at the level I picked the truck up and was cleaned. A review will be going on other media and my final bill is completely wrong!
