The person there to check me in at 11:30 wasn’t there on time but was around the corner thought that seemed a little bit odd but if your owner of your own business, and have to make errands and the U-Haul business is a side job things happen sometimes

TOMAS SThe truck didn't track well...drifted a lot. Not terrible but not great. We were rerouted to this location due to not being able to get the lockbox open at a location in Lillington. The CSR at 1-800 go uhaul was very helpful and kept the situation from being a total disaster. All in all, not a great experience.

Rickey CHonestly don't know why this place offers UHaul, it seems like more of a nuisance to them than an actual service they are proud of. Most places the salesperson will hookup the trailer and make sure everything is set before hand, but they just placed the trailer on my hitch and walked off. Overall service was just poor. Never coming back to this location again for uhaul or any other service they provide.

Larry WFor Coates NC location: Mobile Pick up needs to be more user friendly. It was so confusing, not clear at all . Couldn't get the lock box open for at least 20 mins and no one was there to help. Location is kind of isolated. They did not have the rolling carts that I paid for. This part is directed towards UHAUL and Gomez Tire on Pamalee Drive in FayettevilleThis occurred on 8/6/21 And it was the worst experience of my life. I may never use U-Haul again due to this ridiculousness. 10 mins before I was supposed to go and pick up my truck I got a text to pick up my U-Haul in a location that was 40 mins away. Because someone did not bring the U-Haul back to the correct place the location I was gonna pick the uhaul up from didnt have ANY trucks. I had to go 40+ mins away to pick up a truck. The truck that was there was double the size I needed. I don't know how they expect someone who is barely 5'0 to drive a 40' truck. I called U-Haul multiple times to rectify the situation and they said they'd have someone call me back and they never did. Worst customer service ever. They didn't even have the rolling cart that I needed but still charged me for it. Disgusting. I'll never give my coins to this business if there's other options.

Lance NPerson put in extra mileage and gas usage to charge us an extra $70. He was lying and rude and tried to scam us out of our money. He also put in we dropped off 5 minutes late when we were 10 minutes early.
