I was told if I brought the truck back in one day that I would get credit on my bill for 2 days and credit on the insurance for just one day That didn’t happen where I turned it in the man there said no Now why would one dealer say yes then I move stuff to another state and they told me no Can someone explain this to me

Make Collins Mississippi Your First Stop

He didn't seem to really want to be there. He didn't want to add the extra ID in person when the link failed for the second driver, he was complaining about the extra work. Didn't even want to check the trailer lights or hook ups. Was nice on the phone though.

I didn't see anyone at the drop off location in Collins as I dropped it off when it was closed. However I got a phone call from a guy at the Magee drop off location and he stated that I must drop it off at his location as he wanted to rent my truck to another customer. I had him on speaker phone while I tried to explain to him that I needed to drop it in Collins. At first he was ok and even offered to waive the over mileage fee but my wife and I told him Magee was north of us and we had to get back to Wiggins to meet with the funeral director and make arrangements for our 4 month old granddaughter that had just died very unexpectedly. He got downright rude and snotty and wound up hanging up on us. If I hadn't had to get back to Wiggins to help make arrangements for my baby granddaughters funeral I would have drove up to Magee just so I could have throat punched that jerk. That's how mad he made me. He was very rude and was a first class butthole that needs to be fired.

They went above and beyond to help me because I needed to change my drop off to Fl and Uhaul would not help me and neither would their local Regional routing manager.
